'I had forgotten my phone charger and I went to buy one in the small shop they had but it was mostly food. The desk person gave me one to borrow and I returned it the next morning. It saved me from having to go drive to a store to get one late at night.'

'I haven’t stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn for a very long wand now it’s my new favorite cost efficient hotel. I used to prefer the Courtyard or Hyatt House for the quality. Hilton Garden Inn now uses Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo and conditioners, in room Keurig style coffee makers, stylish and modern decor with comfortable bedding and ample space. 'This hotel has wonderful staff all around. From the front desk, to the maintenance crew, to the house keeping staff and the buffet staff, everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. There is a man and woman who run the breakfast buffet so well. They keep everything stocked and well presented. Then on certain days, if they are both off, it is very bad. I believe the buffet worker goes in the back and takes a nap. He is a younger man and does not refill anything.'
