'This hotel was an excellent choice for an American. The room was big and very clean. Some of the staff spoke English and were very helpful getting around and finding a taxi. There is no room service. The attached restaurant was not good for a non-Spanish speaker -- no printed menus just online. I could access the menu but there was no English version. Even though I have a pretty good Spanish vocabulary, I couldn't understand the food choices and no one was there to explain. But, there are lots...

'Me encantó el hotel, realmente cómodo y confortable. La atención del personal, excepcional. La comodidad de la cama y el confort vale la pena. Las habitaciones cuentan con escritorio, perchero, pequeña nevera y tv. El baño es algo angosto, pero tiene jabón y lociones, también cuenta con secador de pelo. Lo único malo es que se escucha el ruido de los pasillos, por eso no le doy puntuación máxima. Está en una excelente ubicación, puedes ir caminando a distintos lugares de la ciudad, el terminal...
