'Very pleasant contact with hotel beforehand and during the stay. Nice looking artsy rooms, nice pool with hottub, i really enjoyed the stay a lot. That the parking is not included is weird. Almost Every guest has to have a car to get to the hotel and get around LA. '

'Centrally located in hermosa beach, this place is perfect. I highly recommend the ocean view room. They were very accommodating - I had to change my plans a couple of times and they were great. I wish I had stayed longer.'

'Amazing! We stayed here for two nights. Booked a room which we thought had a lovely view but we looked over on a few cars. We mentioned this and received an amazing room with view on the seaside. Rooms are large and the area is also lovely to stay for a couple days. We also rent bikes from the hotel, you can cycle all the way to other beaches.
The only bad thing was that our tap in the bathroom didn’t flush properly, so you couldn’t keep it open for over a few seconds but that might be a...

'Small room. No desk. Even though the room had no windows it was impossible to get darkness in the room. Every fifteen minutes or so, all night long, some loud compressor noise kicked on. Made it difficult to sleep. Doors are keyless, I didn’t like thinking I might have left the room unlocked. Great location, but I don’t think I would stay there again.'

'The location was fantastic. Room size was great. Very clean with the exception of the fans they gave us were very dusty. There were no screens on the windows. I had a hard time closing the window after mosquitos came in. It was very hot no air conditioning. They provided us with two small fans one worked. then I asked for a larger one and I did get that immediately. no door knobs in the bathroom or the closet door. 'I would never stay at another H2O hotel again after being falsely accused multiple times and charged for having two cars at the hotel.
