'The place is great. Unfortunately, there is a large multi-story apartment building under construction within 30 feet of all windows. Pounding starts at 7:00 am and continues until 5:00 pm. This should have been advised or a reduced rate for the inconvenience caused. '

'We stayed a month in Jan. 2025. It is a quiet, very convenient location with a nice view of a park and the ocean. The Redondo Pier, restaurants, and grocery shopping are all a short walk away. The included garage parking for one car is close to the elevator which deposits you close to the entrance door to the condo. The nice pool was heated. The laundry is located a few steps from the front door to the unit. The bed was comfortable. Our host promptly fixed the few problems we encountered. ...

'This property is a great location for visitors who want to enjoy Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, and Hermosa Beach. A five minute walk to Redondo Pier, Veterans Park, and the beach. Parking was always available just outside the property and in a very safe environment. Less than 15 minutes from LAX. Close to wonderful restaurants. The property was very spacious inside, with good accommodations in the kitchen, bathroom, and other living areas.'
