'The hotel is beautiful. The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and kept clean. We will stay again however we would not do the all inclusive again. The drinks lacked flavor the food was a 6 out of 10. The buffet at the sister hotel had better food. We will eat and drink at all the near by restaurants next visit.'

'Me encanta el servicio al huésped, de primera, todos sus alimentos están bien cuidados, limpios y de alta calidad, desde el bufete hasta los 4 restaurantes de especialidad, todos sus bares siempre con servicio rápido y muy bien servido, los meseros de piscina atentos y muy muy rápidos en su servicio. La limpieza en las habitaciones es notable. Todas sus amenidades están de alta calidad.'
