'Property is beautiful. I found the front desk staff not as friendly or helpful as the rest of the staff. Would have liked more food options as well. Some restaurants are closed on days so options are limited though food itself was very good. Had problems with air conditioning on the second day of our stay which was fixed relatively quickly and on the 3rd day the whole resort was without water for several hours.'

'Dining options are good!
Hotel is a bit noisy because of slamming doors and interconnecting doors.
"balcony is too small.
No elevator from rooms to the beach. (still have to take stairs from ground floor to beach...bad news for people with bad knees)
