'This hotel has great location! There is metro entrance next door and the big station very close by. there is European style breakfast place next door as well and restaurants. Room was small but ok. Ventilation in bathroom was minimal so it got easily steamy there and you are not allowed to keep door open as that can make the fire alarm to go off...'

'BEWARE: newly bought presents disappeared from our room. Housekeeping, ofcourse, didn’t know anything. The hotel did not even compensate for the cost of it. Never experience theft from a hotel room before! Unfortunately a very bad experience with this hotel. The room was spacious, with a washingmachine. Beds are a little firm. Wi-Fi is really bad. There is an automatic light in the hallway and in the toilet. This is very inconvenient when one goes to the bathroom during the night because the...

'Perfect for a citytrip in Tokyo! Location is fantastic! From Shinjuku station you can go anywhere with the subway or the bus. Room is small, but perfect for a citytrip. Very clean. Staff is helpfull and very friendly. Morethan Bakery is perfect for a take-away breakfast. We did enjoy the hotel bar & the tapas restaurant as well. '

'Clean and cosy room with projector(!). HDMI cable is free to loan so you can watch from your laptop which is nice. Bed can be turned into sofa, roof terrace is stunning. Just overall great. The only complaint I have is that the bed was too short for me (am 190cm+) but there's no bedpost so my feet could just stick out. Missing some 1-1,5 dm at least. But it was otherwise fantastic, especially for the price so will definitely be coming back!'

'Located near Tokyo Dome and the station, with a Domino’s just a 10-minute walk away—this place is a 10/10. The staff are incredibly friendly, always greeting you as you come and go, and they speak multiple languages too. You can even self check-in using a machine if that’s more comfortable for you. I love it here—give them all the business, they truly deserve it!'

'Perfect hotel voor een bezoek aan Tokio, dicht (max 5 minuten wandelen) bij 2 verschillende metrostations met alle nodige verbindingen. Propere kamers, relatief groot in vergelijking met andere hotels in de stad. De convenience store in het hotel is zeer handig, ook een 7- eleven aan de overkant van de straat. Gratis busvervoer naar en van beide disney-parken aan het hotel. Ook rechtstreeks busvervoer naar en van beide luchthavens recht voor de deur van het hotel (dit wel tegen betaling)....
