'Check-in I believe is at 3pm and I arrived just before 12pm, the lady at the front desk was more than happy to check me in, if my room was available - IT SURE WAS! This saved me approximately 3 hours because I normally like to freshen up upon checking in. Overall the staff are extremely attentive and kind. It's a very busy hotel - the national football team were there also. The room was clean & it's gorgeus. The only thing I didn't like and noticed on my 2nd day is that inside the ceiling there...

'Check-in smooth, nice looking room however, Not enough light in the bathroom to shave decently Mold in corners of the bathroom Broken shelf in shower area Bad functioning shower thermostat No WiFi access although it was supposed to work Breakfast disaster: Cold eggs (no real scrambled eggs but powder) Cold sausages Cold coffee, later no coffe for 10 min I seriously expect something different when checking into a Hilton.'

'Prima hotel op loopafstand van het station. Eetgelegenheden, supermarkt en bioscoop naast het hotel. Tram stopt voor het hotel. Goede bedden en sfeervol ingerichte kamer. Airco werkt prima, goede douche. Het uitzicht uit het raam viel helaas wat tegen.'

'It was a perfect stay, beds very comfortable room was big, check in was very fast, you ring the bell and it was all settled in a couple of minutes, almost in front of the hotel you have a tram 4 stops in city centre and close to the hotel you have plavi 9 restaurant, i can surrely recommend this restaurant, my next stay in Zagreb will be again in this hotel!'
