'A estadia foi incrível, a recepção, organização e beleza do hotel são ótimas. Mesmo sem ter café da manhã incluído, nos serviram um belo capuccino com geleia e croissant, vale lembrar que nos presentearam também com vinho, cerveja e água. Recomendo, a localização também é ótima.'

'This is one of the best locations where we slept in Florence. It’s in the middle of the city, close to everything you would like to see or do. The appartement is in a small street and is a mix of old and new. Everything was perfect and the owners really think of every little thing. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this gem in this great city. '

'We are a couple and had a very pleasant stay. Communication beforehand was very good so check-in went smooth. Owner gave us an upgrade plus a ton of good information about food, sights etc. Very close to train station, within walking distance. Close to all sight-seeing in the center. Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Will definitely stay here again.'

'it’s a lovely place with high ceilings and rather big rooms but i had the bad luck of arriving in the pooring rain and there was no public transport since it was the 1th of may so ended up having to wait for a taxi for over an hour. very crumpy by that time… lady at the reception was lovely and helpful! my room was in the front of the building and very noisy so maybe take earplugs! otherwise a very nice place but for me a bit too far from the center as a solo traveler! '

'Nice location, near the restaurant street of Pisa tower. No front desk or service desk, so everything need to be self service. The facility of hotel and room is quite old. However, free coffee and tea is offered.'

Staff speaks limited English but are very friendly and helpful. Just keep an eye on the slightly convoluted check-in procedures (don't ignore your emails the day of arrival). '

'Great location, in the city center, walking distance to most of the attractions, 15-20 minutes to the train station. Very clean room, comfortable beds. Checking out early was possible and easy. Online self-checkin could be troublesome. The video instructions on how to get into the room should be updated as the black box on the wall has been changed to a white box. But Stefanie was very patient and helpful. She responded to any of our questions timely. Thanks!'

'The location was good. It was walkable to the stazione SML. Also it is right in the centro historico. At night restorants/Osterias/Trattorias are open. Also good that there is a E-step place. Most of our stay was actually based on how good the place was, but the accommodation by itself is poor. In the night i was afraid to go to the toilet. It is very old.
