'We had problems reaching the property contact regarding key collection... tried emailing, phone calls and text messages, thankfully at 1:30pm while on route we received a WhatsApp message with our arrival details from business number. We arrived at 2:55pm, check in was 3pm the cleaner was still in the property so we had to go away and return at 5pm. Quickly it became apparent that the property was unsafe and not clean. 'First thing when we walked in, we were assaulted with the stench of Marijuana. Told the property manager and they were nice enough to bring a fan so we could try and air it out, but it still lingered. My daughter found bits of Marijuana on the couch and on the floor, so it was obvious they did not clean before we came. The downstairs bathroom door is not attached, and there was of urine on the back of the toilet. We left after one night and cut our weekend short and just went back home...

'Lovely and spaceous apartment, with all basic necessities provided. It's close to the station, and very convenient to get to NEC and town center. It was not as clean as I would have liked, but overall it newly decorated and well looked after home. The windows are not sound proof, so there is slight noise from the road, and garden is not useable, but the living room is spacious and beds are very comfy. The deep soaking bath is a bonus. '

'Great communication, property beautifully decorated. Alrhough no parking there is a 24hr carpaek 5minutes walk away and reasonably priced. Easy to unload bags as road next to it has 1hr free parking. 5min walk and you are in centre of the town which is stunning'

'This property certainly lived up to its title, Cotswolds Heaven! Very clean, comfortable, cosy and quiet and well equipped. The location was ideal being a short drive from Stratford and a little further from other Cotswold towns/villages. The alpacas and goats certainly add an interest that we all enjoyed and the hot tub was a great hit with everyone; we used it morning and evening.
