'The staff were very friendly couldnt do enough for us but someone damaged our car (caught on their security camera) we reported it to the police and management, and because the person was under age they did not submitt the footage,also came into our room while we were not there did not replace the towels or the tea & sugar,but left a tin of oven cleaner on the table ( the room did not have an oven) wil never stay there again ( cant afford any more damage to our car)one more complaint ,the...

'Apartment is beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and furniture, everything you need in the kitchen. Balcony was great for breakfast & dinner. Plenty of towels provided as well as toiletries, washing powder, dishwasher tabkets etc. Location is fantastic. Close to cafes, restaurants, market and waterfront. Suzanne (host) was so helpful, responded promptly to phone calls and texts. We are staying again in a couple of weeks.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described. The Beach view was idyllic, the apartment was big and comfortable. 2 Bathrooms (1 en-suite) helps make such a difference. The apartment had everything you need - Towels, linen, pots, pans, crockery, Fridgefreezer, oven, microwave, washer, dryer etc etc. A welcome bottle of wine was also a lovely touch and gratefully received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and would stay again for sure.'

'This place is positioned right by restaurants, cafes and a few bars. Only a 20 minute walk to the middle of Freo, so location is perfect. Only thing we did notice is that the trains are easily heard and the walls between apartments are VERY thin ;-)'

'The view over the sailboats is lovely. Black swans sometimes swim below. Comfortable beds and good aircon and fans. Walk to a small beach and restaurants and convenient to others. Only glitches were around the checkin process (property management company didn’t understand we booked through VRBO instead of them, and we had to have key cards issued 3 times) and you have to pay for parking then ask for reimbursement up to a certain amount. But those were minor points and we wouldn’t hesitate to...
