'The hotel was fine for a cheap family stay. It was absolutely crowded though. And breakfast was depleted when we arrived. Not even butter for toast or orange juice or cups for tea. It was holiday season and they were trying there best. The pool was full so we didn’t use and people were falling over as it was so wet. Didn’t mind the small rooms had everything a bit annoying you couldn’t go straight out onto the balcony without asking for a key and deposit. I’m an adult I’ll be ok. Liked the top...

'We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good'

'First, we got a room with a noisy bathroom exhaust fan. We reported it and had to call many times and wait in total for almost 1 hour until someone arrive with a new fan. We asked for a new room because they will take some time to replace the fan and we wanted to take a shower soon. Why didn't they just offered us a new room from the beginning instead of making the guest waiting??? The new room is the same type on the upper floor. The bathroom has black moldy sealant on the bottom corners...

'Mooi hotel met heel veel activiteiten voor kinderen. Als je niet van megagrote hotels houdt, moet je hier niet naartoe gaan. Bestaat uit 3 torens. Kamers zijn zeker niet geluidsdicht, althans voor geluid van de straat. Wij zaten aan het eind van een gang dus geen last van langslopende andere gasten. Ontbijt is prima. Van alles wat. Goede verdeling tussen Oosterse en Westerse gerechten. Wij hadden een 2 slaapkamer apartement met een kitchenette. Alles schoon.'

'i stay at this hotel for 2 weeks with my Fiance, I enjoyed my stay the food was good the room was clean and got cleaned multiply times a day. the view on bogor was great. We even want this for our wedding location. But there are a few things wrong, - The hotel personal almost don't speak English, i ask if someone in the lobby had called me and i get a new phone? - Security Guard is flirting on the phone with my Fiance!! for 1 week! and he still does!!! i got his number and a screen shot...

'Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vooral ook de dames van het restaurant en de heren o.a. Malik en Juni. Wat storend was tijdens ons verblijf was het lawaai van de pomp. Het maakte ons wakker en verstoorde onze nachtrust. We kregen wel een andere kamer maar ook hier weer hetzelfde. Weer een andere kamer, hier was het gelukkig beter.Dat geeft toch ergernis. Alleen een sorry vanuit het hotel is toch te wenig. Een compensatie was beter geweest.'

'No value for money. Floor made of outdoor rough tiles with wide deep tile joints which are uncomfortable for bare feet. Rooms do not have a nice view. Rooms are not sound proof. A lot of noise from neighbours. Breakfast area has not a nice view and has country music. Really strange for Indonesia. Food is not covered and has a lot of flies flying around. We had no car and had to arrange a car from the hotel to drive us back to Bogor. They charged us 700.000 Rp which is a rip off. We do not...
