Herenhuizen in Pompei

'Wat een perfecte ligging dicht bij het Centraal station! De kamer was erg schoon en comfortabel. We werden zeer vriendelijk welkom geheten en tijdens ons verblijf was er constant contact mogelijk met de verhuurder. Het ontbijt bij het cafe aan de overkant van de straat brengt je direct in Napolitaanse sferen. Ik raad Il Divino bij iedereen aan. Een prachtige B&B om Napels te verkennen!'

'The property is in an excellent location and the old town is a few steps away. Family owned and it showed with enthusiastic owner. Parking was available which is really helpful. Room was great, spacious and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was excellent. Added bonus was some Roman artifacts on site.'

'Checking in was a bit strange experience, we didn't get any directions beforehand and our calls / SMS weren't answered. Luckily the building doorman had the keys and he gave instructions. The room was spacious (3 person room), stylish looking, but a bit worn out. The walls looked dirty, all the surfaces (and light switches) were sticky and dusty. But floors and sheets were clean, so despite of looking shabby it was ok. We didn't see any other personnel during our 2 nights visit than the cleaning...

'Locatie en kamer zijn ok. Check-in tijden zijn beperkt. Door vertraging oo Schiphol konden wij niet op tijd inchecken. Alhoewel wij diezelfde avond wel in Amalfi waren werd de gehele reservering geannuleerd zonder restitutie! Bij navraag in Amalfi bleek dat dit met regelmaat gebeurd!! Wees gewaarschuwd!!'

'Our cottage was right above the theater and visitors thought the route to our cottage was the route to the theater. This was a bit annoying. The janitor tried to solve it for us by putting up a sign but that was not completely effective. At one point it rained with a thunder storm and at that point the power went out. It was not noticed and was fixed after we reported it (we waited til next morning due to the weather). The cottage itself is pretty small but has everything you need to get by....
