'Take care about what type of room you book! They don't make this clear on their website, but... We booked two rooms for quite some money and when we arrived it turned out that we had to share a bathroom with the whole floor! by the way, this bathroom had a carpet?! Very nasty if many people use the shower in one morning... Rooms are small and windows can not open. which makes the place smell like grandmothers attic...'

'Very clean, well-kept accomodation. Friendly people. Very good location close to the castle, city centre, bus stop, railway station. Beautifully located near a canal. Negative, the window did not close. No breakfast. Light from hallway shines through cracks in door. No one around during day time, one has to walk to the "mother house" to have contact with a person.'

'Tudor Lodge is really delightful. The room was clean and well made up, with a very comfy bed. Claire and Steve are absolutely lovely hosts as well. The building is beautifully decorated throughout, and it’s clear there’s a real passion to give their guests a great stay and value for money. Breakfast was delightful too - so much choice! Absolutely recommend, I didn’t get the chance to explore the area much but I noticed how well situated the building is. Wonderful stay, will stay again!'
