'Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern (11, 9, 5 Jahre) in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Ansedonia. Es war wirklich traumhaft schön. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terrasse mit den verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten verbracht. Das'

'Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage im November. Fantastische Sonnenaufgänge und bis Nachmittags viel Sonne auf der riesigen Terrasse. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Am letzten Abend sahen wir vier Delfine, die direkt vor dem Haus durchs Meer schwammen.'

Non sono disponibili asciugamani e lenzuola ( ci hanno avvertiti 2gg prima dell’arrivo ed eravamo in un’altra località di vacanza ma fortunatamente hanno provveduto a farcele trovare) e primo inconveniente risolto. Arriviamo e l’aria condizionata non funziona e questo è stato un bel problema visto il caldo e il rumore...

'A house with a vieuw! The terrace is overlooking the sea and the vieuw is magnificient. The interior of the house is a bit outdated but everything functions well. We enjoyed it verry much and hope to visit this house again in the future'

The house ist beautiful, decorated with great taste and high quality, the view is simply amazing and the location could not be more excellent and peaceful. We loved the beach club just a short walk from the house, the hotel with its excellent drinks and food a mere 3 minutes walk from the house. Mariolina, the homeowner, is most welcoming, very responsive and attended to...

'Everything about this cottage was stellar, the views, the amenities, the location. We were disappointed at the surrounding property has been impacted by drought or other neglect, so the vineyards were dead, and the olive trees under stress. The club and pool were never promised, but we hoped they might be available to us. Ocean access was via a rough path and very limited. Overall, I highly recommend this listing, but encourage transparency about the current conditions.'

'We had a wonderful stay in Gianluca’s house. The place is an oasis of peace and tranquility amidst nature, with breathtaking views of the Monte Argentario coast. The garden has sun as well as natural shade from the (scented) pine trees throughout the day. There is access (by car) to the private (!) beaches of Scorpaciate and La Canelle (only 5 minutes drive; private parking and beach front dining) and to the Sassi Verde beach right below the house (well accessible by foot via a narrow downhill...

'4 statt 5 Sterne wegen sporadischem Lärm von vorbeifahrenden Zügen (nicht besonders häufig) und zeitlich eingeschränkter und mit geteilter Poolnutzung (war kein Problem aber im Angebot nicht ersichtlich). Toller, gepflegter Garten, bis auf den Zug ruhige Lage. Tolle Gastgeber, gerne wieder!'

'Wir, Familie mit drei Kindern und Hund, haben eine wundervolle entspannte Zeit in dem Haus von Carmela und Pier verbracht. Sie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt. Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie und entspricht genau den Fotos. Wir werden bei einem nächsten Italienaufenthalt gerne wieder hierher zurück kommen.'
