'My husband and I stayed in this property for 10 days. It was exactly what we were looking for to relax. The train passes very near but it goes so quick that it doesn’t bother, and they don’t run in the evenings. The famous 100 steps was an excellent exercise that we did every other day. 'Beautiful house overlooking Monaco - our family stayed for 2 weeks. Pros: The host/owner Caroline was lovely, and communication was brilliant right from the start. The downstairs areas were great, the outside terrace was amazing. The location/view was spectacular and made all the difference. The pool and pool area was fantastic. 'Our stay was absolutely perfect. Our company consisted of 8 people, our family with three older children and their friends. All of them had a good time. The house is perfect, everything is new and clean. We had a lot of fun in the big garden and in the swimmingpool. We had a really nice welcome thanks to Roman and Lydia. The location was really good. There are a lot of cities within 20 minutes by car. We would recommend this beautiful house to everybody, our holiday was amazing.'

'With a family of five we had a great week in October. The beds are very good, the kitchen has everything, including an ice cube maker in the fridge. The shower is perfect, we had more than enough towels and of course the views from the rooftop terrace are splendid. Parking is a bit of a hassle, we decided to park in the garage even if it meant blocking the road for a minute to manoeuvre. 'Charming property within walking distance of all Menton highlights. The pool was a lovely bonus and well used by us. Jean Louis was prompt to respond to any queries and a very welcoming host.'

'We stayed for 7 days with family. The pool was amazing especially for 3 boisterous young boys. The house itself was jaded but perfect in that we didn’t need to be too precious. The kitchen was small but adequate well stocked with crockery but no chopping board. Mr Lopez would come daily and remove the rubbish and was available if we were to need him. 'Hartelijke ontvangst, koele dranken, fruit en cupcakes in ijskast. Ruim appartement, dit was ons tweede verblijf daar. Gelegen in een rustige wijk vlak bij het dorp. Voor fietsliefhebbers: de beklimmingen van de Col de Turini en de Col de Braus beginnnen bij het buitenrijden van het dorp.'

Un extérieur en Deux parties, une vue imprenable sur Menton, une table permettant de manger juste à côté de la piscine pour des petits plongeons. 'Klein, maar leuk appartement op een super mooie locatie. Hoog in de bergen, dus eigen auto is noodzakelijk! Binnen 15 a 45 minuten heel veel leuke bezienswaardigheden te bereiken, zoals Nice, Monaco, Menton, Eze. Smal, maar leuk balkon waar je met 4 personen buiten kunt eten en/of lekker kunt zitten. 'We really enjoyed the house! Very convenient location just off the beaten path to be quiet but a short walk to town. The house was great with plenty of space. And the outdoor patio and view was extraordinary. Would recommend for anyone!'

'Außerordentlich war bereits, wie bemüht die Gastgeber vor der Ankunft waren, uns möglichst detailliert und instruktiv zu informieren. Auch die Übergabe der Villa war gastfreundlich und herzlich. Es gibt einen eigenen, gut befahrbaren Parkplatz für zwei Fahrzeuge. Die Zimmer der exponiert über Menton gelegenen Villa haben wie auch die Küche alle Meerblick, und was für einen! 'Ruime kamer één straat verwijderd van Monaco. Alles was schoon. Enige minpunt is dat de zijkanten douchecabine in slechte staat zijn. '

'The location has a great advantage and a disadvantage. It's near the train station It's technically in France but in walking distance of the casinoes etc - Wifi was very bad in my room (2nd floor). Sometimes there was a connection but it dropped suddenly, of sometimes I couldn't even make the connection at all. Switching to 4G was difficult as well, because it's on the border of EU and non-EU. Breakfast guy was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!'
