Nice scenery cosy room I love enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was breakfast but overall experience was good 👍

Property is good rooms are spacious and building is modern shame is the staff refused to give Cutlery to us to take to our room as a 4 Star hotel this should be provided as standard we had to ask to speak to the manager in order to receive the cutlery which is a shame because our food got cold just because we had to speak to the manager to get the cutlery his name was Mossad and he was helpful

Lovely views from restaurant / bar, good breakfast selection, room had everything that we needed, only comment is that the bed was extremely high! I have a bad ankle currently and getting on and off the bed was challenging due to the height, I imagine those people with bad backs might also find this a challenge too.

Great place to stay. Stylish and modern rooms (on this occasion with lovely views over parkland), and the quality of the breakfast is fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the suite, which was great although booked for an extra bed which wasn’t made up when we arrived - had to call reception. Check-in wasn’t great. We paid cash, which seemed to be very inconvenient, was not a smooth and easy experience and felt a little uncomfortable. The lady in housekeeping that came and made up our extra bed would be an asset on your reception at check-in, she was amazing. Bar staff were great - reception needs some work

Great rooms, service and location
Very clean room, had everything I needed including a safe and coffee making facilities. Reception staff very efficient and helpful. Can't rate breakfast or restaurant as didn't have/use. Very convenient for shopping, theatre etc.

Stayed for the second time and it was once again very good. Polite staff upon check-in. Very clean and tidy throughout. The rooms are lovely and the bed is fantastic!

The hotel has a lovely lobby and welcoming reception. My room was clean, warm and comfortable, however, I did feel the tea tray had a poor / basic selection for a 4star and basic room amenities overall. Breakfast had a good and wide selection and the 14th floor view was lovely. Room views depend on location, you may be overlooking a multi storey car park! Plenty of restaurants close by, I would recommend Sultans, Turkish and Mediterranean.

Had a fabulous stay. Great Hotel, service and atmosphere. Great staff members at the hotel. Friendly environment and great amenities around the Hotel. Great location too. Convenient too.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location
Perfect location within the theatre district & Centre MK shopping centre. Beautiful restaurant called Sky Bar on 14th floor. Staff in all areas were friendly, approachable, helpful & welcoming. Good in the restaurant was of high standard, as was the wine & cocktails. We’ll definitely be staying again.
