'Der Aufentahlt hat uns allen sehr gefallen, wir waren mit der gesamten Anlage sehr zufrieden, unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! 'Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. Contacted the management company who asked for us to send pictures which we did and they subsequently sent cleaners over who did the bare minimum as they only vacuumed the main floor, not the other floors. 'This is a WOW property upon arrival in a great area. Andrea, the property manager was incredibly responsive before our arrive and during. You arrive to open a large garage (had mid size SUV that easily fit) and inside is the private elevator to take you to 3 floor. Floor 0 - very clean garage. 'The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa'

Die großzügigen und sehr schön renovierten Zimmer haben zudem genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit geboten. 'We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Matisa!! The house was a perfect place for me and my friends while we were visiting Lake Como. The house was spacious, kitchen stocked with everything we needed, decorated beautifully, had amazing views of the lake and the outside patio and gardens were perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
