Flats in Lagoa

'...der Vermieter hat sich grosse Mühe gegeben uns zufrieden zu stellen! ...nach Anlaufproblemen und einigen sehr berechtigten Kritiken lief alles rund! ...das Schafsofa, ok!? ...man kann es nicht wirklich zum Schlafen benutzen, -auch kaum zum sitzen, aber ansonsten alles recht angenehm gestaltet!! Wir kennen die "Anlage" noch aus Zeiten, als Hotel!...ok, der verwahrloste Pool und der gasamte Bereich dort hätte es nötig, Hand angelegt zu werden oder baulich verändert aber das liegt warscheinlich...

'We had a great stay for 1 month in January with our family. Danielle and Matt were super friendly and arranged for us everything we needed for our youngest child( 3 months old). During our stay if we had any questions we could always contact Sonia and she would help us immediatedly. We van really recommand this appartement!'

'Appartement très bien situé, couchages bien pensés. Très contente ! Piscine au top ! Appartement propre. Proprietaire disponible. Seul petit bémol : isolation entre les voisins. Nous avions des voisins irrespectueux qui hurlaient des 7h30 du matin. Nous les entendions comme si nous étions dans la chambre. Je recommande !'

'One of the toilets would only flush once every 4 hours. If you needed it before. You had to fill a large pot of water and dump it in the toilet. The Air Conditioner was a large object in the living room that sounded like a Construction Crew at work. Little cool air that never made it to the bedrooms.'

'We arrived during a rain storm. After the check in, we found that our apartment was leaking water through the roof. After a phone call with the host, we were transferred to another apartment, which was also flooded. Finally, a third apartment was dry enough, but it was really run down and without WiFi (very important to us). After agreeing to stay there for a week until an adequate apartment was free, we were again transferred to a 4th apartment, which was nicely furnished, but had black mold on...

'Wat een fijn plekje! Keurig appartement, fantastisch terras, alles aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf. Wandelpad langs de kust is prachtig. Laat je niet afschrikken door het eerste stukje (afdaling en daarna weer omhoog), daarna is het redelijk vlak met prachtige vergezichten. Auto noodzakelijk, want supermarkt en dergelijke liggen niet op loopafstand.'

'Die Wohnung von Paula ist ein einfach ein Traum! Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet! Die Lage ist toll, direkt oben auf den Klippen. Von hier aus kann man direkt in den Küstenwanderweg einsteigen. Einige kleine Buchten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings ist ein Mietwagen Unverzichtbar.'

'Apartamento sem conforto e nada acolhedor mobília muito antiga e danificada, não possuía serviços de Ethernet, não tinha ar condicionado, cadeiras da piscina partidas, televisão ainda com tdt e só com os canais nacionais, frigorífico muito antigo e barulhento, porta principal em madeira toda empenada a raspar no chão era inevitável o vizinho não saber a que horas saia ou entrava em casa, apartamento sem ar condicionado muito mas mesmo muito quente, etc…'

'Fantastisk sted. Pænt og rent overalt. Rigtige søde og rare værter. Lækker lejlighed med alt til husholdningen. Kan kun anbefale det.'

'Casa pouco limpa , alguns móveis até com pó... Falta de utensílios de cozinha como uma simples colher de pau. Falta de roupa de cama e atoalhados para o número de hóspedes. Casa pouco acolhedora , com móveis bastante antigo A TV apenas funcionava 5 canais portugueses. Cadeiras da piscinas em estado degradado e em número insuficiente para os hóspedes. Ainda em falha , em anúncio esta mencionado uma churrasqueira, onde existe apenas um fogareiro em péssimo estado'

'Prima appartement, zeer schoon en elke dag werd er schoongemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Erg ruim, als we toch een nadeel moeten noemen harde matrassen , voor mij prima maar voor mijn vrouw te hard, verder is het internet erg slecht maar wel gratis. '
