Le cadre est magnifique, c’était vraiment relaxant le petit déjeuner. Malheureusement n’était pas trop varié. Les équipements de l’hôtel sont excellents manque quelques machines de sport. Sinon les enfants ont aimé. Malheureusement un toboggan était fermé chambre correcte.

Super hôtel avec un grand parc. Personnel au petit soin et attentionné. Pour moi le seul petit reproche à faire c'est la plage de l'hôtel mais dû peut être au COVID. Je recommande c'est hôtel. Merci encore.

Bonjour, nous rentrons d'un séjour de 6N à l'hôtel Hilton Arcadia et sommes quelque peu déçu de la prestation de cet établissement annoncé 5 étoiles. La chambre réservée était celle de type luxe avec vue sur mer.Il n'en n'était rien. Bien spacieuse,nous avions vue sur les ô bâtiments et la piscine... Pour avoir"La"vue sur mer,la réception nous demandait un supplément... La nourriture au pt déjeuner n'est pas très élaborée bien que variée. Rien n'est bon ni mauvais... Piscines ombragées et/ou infectées de me. Cet hôtel nécessite quelques mises au point et ne justifie absolument pas son statut de 5*.

Superbe établissement
Dernière partie du séjour dans cet hôtel. Parfait pour un programme plage piscine. Un petit bémol pour ceux qui veulent bouger car un peu loin des ports utiles pour les excursions donc beaucoup de voiture a chaque fois (avec prises d’autres clients dans d’autres Hôtels) sinon hôtel impeccable qui tient ses promesses.

Hotel Hilton, pas au niveau d'un cinq étoiles
Globalement : - Un accueil froid, sans valeur ajoutée, de la part d'un personnel peu souriant, avec un sens du client limité (on est très loin de Bali). Pas ou peu d'informations fournies tout simplement pour se rendre dans des restaurants et magasins découverts en milieu de séjour par hasard. - Hôtel trop grand, difficile de s'y repérer, sans ascenseur pendant une semaine (6ème étage) ; des piscines par contre nombreuses et entretenues - Le garçon en charge de notre chambre était par contre excellent, tant dans son relationnel, que dans la qualité de son travail. Il mériterait une autre fonction. Fréquentant souvent des 3 étoiles en France, en matière de service (notamment sur l'anglais), nous n'avons pas à rougir, loin de là.

Joli resort - belles piscines . Il faut se battre tout de même pour avoir un transat le matin . La plage est tres proche mais nécessite de traverser une route. Cependant Hotel agréable pour les enfants ,personnel charmant mais globalement déçue quand même .

Tout est fait à l'économie et ça se ressent beaucoup trop.... Un seul flacon (minuscule) de gel douche pour une "suite junior", le wifi payant même en prenant une suite alors qu'il est gratuit de partout dans les commerces... Le personnel très gentil et serviable mais incompetents en anglais. Comment diriger un grand hotel et mettre aux comptoirs des employés qui ne comprennent rien en anglais??? Bref, très déçu.

Déçu par l'accueil, déçu par la mauvaise qualité des produits proposés au bar de la piscine. Le personnel souvent incompétent qui ne comprend pas l'anglais correctement. Ma chambre était très bruyante (suite junior!!). Même pas un fruit dans la corbeille pour l'accueil dans la chambre.... Le service concierge refuse de stocker vos valises au delà de la journée... Cet hôtel est très mal géré et ça se ressent au travers du personnel mal managé. Bref. Je viens à Phuket chaque année depuis 16 ans et j'ai connu des hôtels 4* très largement supérieurs en tous points (Holiday Inn Patong par exemple). Je déconseille vivement.

Hotel répond aux normes internationales. Néanmoins, la clim fonctionnait mal; de plus, les prix des prestations sont supérieurs a ceux pratiqués sur le reste de l’île de près de 20% (exemple restaurant, taxi le double du prix et soumis a la TVA...). Enfin, pour un resort, l'environnement n'est pas approprié aux familles en raison de la pleine activité nocturne qui y règne. Pour illustrer, de nombreux bars ou l'on ne consomme pas que des bières se trouvent à proximité de l'hotel

My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort and were thoroughly impressed. Here's why we loved it: The Good Location: Set on the quieter stretch of Karon Beach, the resort offers a peaceful escape while still being within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The beach itself is beautiful with soft sand and clear water. Rooms: Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a fantastic ocean view from the balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. Facilities: The multiple pools were fantastic, especially the one with the slide for a bit of fun! We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the spa treatments were heavenly. Food: The breakfast buffet was a feast with a wide variety of cuisines. We also dined at the restaurants which were all delicious, especially the Thai restaurant. The Could Be Better Service: While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, there were a few occasions where service felt a little slow, especially at peak times. Wi-FI: The Wi-Fi connection could be spotty in certain parts of the resort. Overall We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable vacation at the Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. It's a fantastic option for those seeking a luxurious beach escape with beautiful surroundings and great amenities. We would highly recommend it and would love to return in the future.

This was a fantastic place if you like uncrowded, quiet, upscale and close to the beach but away from traffic and street noise. Extremely spacious. The beach here is excellent, it too was spacious. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel resorts is huge (like a park) and therefore very quiet. The breakfast offers a high variety of local and international food. The service staff were very friendly and willing to help. The hotel location is excellent. The beach is only few steps away and the local restaurants reachable within 5 minutes walk. We had a room with a perfect view on the sea.

Loved the layout of the hotel and the rooms at Pullman. Quite a large hotel so the shuttle service to get around is great. The kids and I enjoyed the use of each pool each day and swimming in the beautiful waters of Karon Beach just across the road. Best to get an ocean view room imo as these are closer to the beach and breakfast and reception etc. We loved that there are tuk tuks on the beach side of the hotel that can take you 6 mins away to Kata for night markets and yummy inexpensive meals. Or that if you turn right and walk 7 mins along the beach, there are great massages available. The only issue we had was at checkin where I had booked a deluxe twin sea View room with 2 double beds on Expedia for myself and 2 children and was told these room types only had two single beds and we would either have to pay extra for a rollaway bed to be added or move to a family room & pay an extra charge for this room type (with 2 queen beds) even though they had only garden views available. It took a bit of talking from my end to convince reception staff that it was not my problem that a 3rd party is selling their rooms incorrectly, I paid quite a bit for 1 room that would fit my family and did not agree that the onus was on me to pay for an extra bed once I arrived. I suggested they contact Expedia to sort this out to avoid any similar issues in the future and they eventually agreed to comp the extra bed.

It was amazing stay. Lovely property. U dont need to go anywhere else. Walk outside the property on the beach road to reach local restaurants .. beach is lovely
