'My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Our family unit included myself, my husband, 17 yo stepson and a 4 month old infant. It was perfect for what we needed, walking distance to town and the water and a nice space for when our infant needed some home time. 'Host of the property Annia was amazing. She sent us itineraries of all kinds of stuff to do, and let us know the better ones to do, and beaches to go. Her property was clean and ready early. We were able to rent a vehicle on site easily and quick. All around an amazing find, and look forward to go back to her place again.'

'Overall great experience. Easy check in and good communication with property management. The bathroom is in need of updating, one set of faucets didn’t work and the shower head shoots water out the door. We couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work but didn’t really need it. The vertical blinds were not operational so we just left them open the whole time. We would stay here again!'

'It was right across the street from the ocean with a view of the waves from the patio. Within walking distance of anything you may need and the room itself had all the equipment for a fun day at the beach. Check in is at the Kona Islander Hotel lobby and you get the parking permit and directions to the parking lot after that. The room is a bit small for 4 adults/teens but it was doable without any issue. Definitely recommend it.'

'Very nice unit with a nice view of the pool. As other people has stated parking is challenging. But I always found a place in the lot or right next to the property on the street. The bed is comfortable and I slept well. Minor issue with some small ants in the bathroom.owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.'

'My only complaint, the king mattress was too hard. The bedding was nice. The condo was very clean. Ice maker in fridge kept us stocked. There are 3 bbq’s by the 2 pools. Adequate lounging beach. Beautiful landscaping. Access to swimming and snorkeling is about 2 miles away. The plaza in front Casa de Emdeko provides a lot of useful services. The facility has a laundromat. $1.50 to wash. Dryer rack on patio was nice after spending the day at local beaches. Good security gates.'

'Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.'

'Excellent property, and wonderful, helpful staff. We had an ocean front room, which was amazing. The pool is great for kids and adults alike. The property is also located a little away from the busy part of Ali’i drive, which makes it great to relax at the end of the day after a day full of activities but is conveniently located near beaches and grocery/convenient stores. I highly recommend the property to anyone planning a trip to Kona.'
