'Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. 'This was our second time staying at the Kona Castle Reef . This oceanfront unit was comfortable, tidy and an excellent layout. Some of the lighting fixtures seemed dated and Could use replacement . Having the bbq’s there as an alternative cooking option was fantastic. We can’t wait to visit again next year and hopefully secure the same unit as we did this time .'

'My seven-year-old twins, and I loved the space. It was cozy and provided very easy access to all the downtown Kona activities. If my kids had their way, they would’ve been in the heated pool 12 hours a day. Marc even provides some of the beach essentials, such as a beach umbrella, cooler and chairs. 'We love staying at Ali'i Villa condos, and Paul's condo was no exception. We love having the washer/dryer, and the designated parking spot. We had everything we needed for our Big Island stay. 'A fantastic place to stay! We found this place on the day that Kona airport closed due to a runway crack. Diana is a great host.
