'This place is a hidden gem! I came solo to celebrate my birthday and it was an absolute pleasure. The bar has a new owner, so the food is great. The balcony view is amazing. You can leave your screen door open at night to hear the ocean waves(it’s safe). Chance is the best bartender lol. The beach is rocky but get some beach shoes(you’ll be ok). 'The location was great, the grounds of the resort are well kept and look amazing, the room was great and also on a great location, CLEAN! The resort service was horrible, the ladies at the check in were nice, but had not received our reservation, I had to call VRBO, they tried to get me to call another number, but I refused to do so, I booked it trough VRBO and I expect them to assist me. The service at the restaurants is very slow, pool bar was the same slow service. I am happy we enjoy this...

'Great place to unwind and enjoy. Comfortable units, an on premise restaurant, swim up bar, pool, and a great view. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Beach is nice but once in the water the bottom is a bit rocky - some good swim shoes would have helped. The grounds around the resort are beautiful and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.'

'We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. 'Found out it was booked 2 weeks before the trip only because I had Expedia call the host(in responsive) They said I have nothing to worry about then refunded my money. But not the flights. Got credits less fees. This should have never been listed as available. Merry Christmas!'
