'Room nice, clean and comfortable. Staff great. However, surrounding guests were noisy all night Friday night and hotel could not handle that. WiFi spotty. Expedia and other sites say property accepts Visa and MasterCard, but hotel would only accept cash.'

'Just make sure you arrive before 7pm as they close the doors and you may find yourself sleeping outside. Once you are checked in you will be given a key to come and go as you please, just make sure you don't take a late bus to Mae Sot. The staff are a friendly family that I enjoyed my time with. Nice place and near the night walking street (when going on).'

'It was very clean and new resort. They bollowed the bicycles and even it broken they said 'never mind'. I was really impressed by there service. If i go mesot again, i will visit there. The only thing bad were wrong map location. They need to change the mapping'

'Number one thing about the property are staffs who are extremely helpful and polite. Walkable distance to Robinson where you can eat a wide variety of food of your choice. The pool is also nice. '

'Het hotel ligt 2 kilometer verder dan op de kaart door Hotels.com aangewezen. Dat was dus lang zoeken en veel vragen. Ligt niet inhet Centrum maar aan de buitenkant vlak bij weg 12. Het bed was prima en voor 100 baht kreeg ik een heel redelijk ontbijt. De badkamer is design en waarschijnlijk daarom lukt het het management niet om de wc-bril te vervangen. Dat is echt wel nodig'

'The place is clean and quiet. Can walk to stores, market and restaurents. My bed, mattress, is litterally as hard as floor. It is okey for me but might not be for everyone. Internet wifi is available but a bit slow. But, i don't need it much, because my phone has unlimitted data for a month. '

'The staff is fluent in English, Thai, and Burmese. They're very helpful and courteous. The area is quite close to neighborhood cafes and teashops for dining. Onsite restaurant offers a good choice of fruit juices, hot drinks, and meals. For some reason, during my stay, I couldn't get hot water from the tap or in the shower -- it's not a big deal since it's in a hot region and a cool shower is preferable, but in case you must have your warm or hot shower, keep that in mind. '

'If you're headed to Myanmar, this place is a wonderful jumping off point. The manager arranged transport to the border, and his son accompanied us there, then hired a van to take us from the Thai departure desk to the Myanmar immigration window.
