C’était parfait sauf les activités sur le site étais très cher et de louer un parasol et des chaises longue pour une journée pourrait coûter un bon 100us pour une journée sinon le reste était parfait

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Evening entertainment was a hit. Just don’t hang clothes out on balcony to dry. lol they will blow away and unable to recover.

レインボーの7階 海側にstay 浜辺に出なくても 波 波の音 ダイヤモンドヘッドを含むロケーション ラナイでビールを飲みながら 一日中ボケーとしました 最高の過ごし方が出来るのは此処で決まり 今回の旅は最高でした アクティブに遊び回るのには部屋のロケーションはさほど気にはならないけど、やはりハワイでぼーっと派は 部屋のロケーション重視ですよね 最高!

The shave ice, swimming pools and clear beach water was nice. We loved the paradise pool near the lagoon by the rainbow tower it had water slides for the kids so that was fun.

The location we were located on was loud at night. Was not able to rest as expected during a vacation due to this.

Wouldn’t stay here again , over priced . Our shower water would clog up and take about 30 min to go down after each shower . They don’t let you check in until 4pm so if you have an early arrival and traveling with lil ones , would not recommend it : the employee that helped us to check in was very rude. They don’t offer water as complimentary not even atleast one water . Everything was dusty in the room.

The rooms were dated and furniture banged up. The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. Television was old with no streaming services. Thin walls, very loud air conditioner that sounded like it was full of debris. The carpets in the hallways of the Kalia tower were awful. Not at all worth the price.

Property is right on the beach. Multiple restaurants. Shopping right there. Two different Luaus on property and fireworks every Friday night.

Don’t fall for the Ali tower upgrade. The room was supposed to be nicer, but it was old and dated and some of the furniture was falling apart. The pool that’s at the tower was always crowded. There were never any chairs available. We ended up not being able to use it because it was so crowded not worth the money.

Beautiful resort and great amenities. Pools are amazing and good for kids too. Room very spacious and clean, we stayed at the Tapa Tower and was really nice. Wish The restaurants in the resorts had better food and drinks. We had to eat outside the resort but otherwise we like it.

Next to beach, Rainbow tower good. Rooms in other rental towers are recently renovated but looks and smells quite old. Reserved for 4 adults / 1 room for 1650 usd for 3 nights. Mattress are regular size to fit 2 adults, and mattress quality is cheap. Avg 550 per night but hotel did not meet Hilton standards .. Restroom exhaust mechanism is bad (just vent). Cant use bathroom for 10-15 mins if another person use it due to bad exhaust . Lifts are good ..

I had super high hopes for this place and I was extremely disappointed. I paid a TON of money to stay here and was let down big time. The pool areas were horrible, dirty, yucky. Way too many kids running around, pools had a bunch of gross stuff in it, pretty sure no one is cleaning. Don’t even get me started on all the fees you have to pay… it’s actually disgusting. Their parking system alone is absolutely disgusting. All the employees are hardcore salesmen, and when you don’t buy what they are selling, they make you feel worthless, sick almost. While the view and the room was nice, everything else was subpar and I will never be coming here again and will never recommend this place.

We stayed at rainbow tower. The building need serious updating and thorough cleaning. The vent was full of dust, AC was loud, furniture was old and the general interior of the room is out dated. Also we found a huge cockroach in the bathroom one day. I thought I was paying extra money for a full ocean view but it turned out it was a mariner ocean view. The description should have been a partial ocean view. FYI, if you are looking for a full ocean view, the description should be "OCEAN FRONT" according to Hilton staff. The beach was steps away, but the beach umbrella and chairs were ridiculous expensive to rent. one umbrella is $43 and a chair is about $25 to rent for a full day. So It means for 4 of us to stay under the shade, it cost around $200 per day(2 umbrella 4 chair). It feels like a hidden fee.

asked for a ocean view and got partial instead never did they disclose all their fees and their parking is ridiculous 69$ a night if they can charge you to breathe the would also even being a hilton A mex member i couldn’t do anything there with my points it’s just ridiculous would of stay somewhere else if i could
