Hôtel correct
Hôtel bien situé prêt de l'aéroport ainsi que de la ligne d'autobus vers Waikiki. Il offre un service de navette pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Un gros plus. L'hôtel accepte les chiens jusqu'à 80 livres. Sa peut-être un point positif pour les propriétaires de chiens mais pour nous c'est plutôt l'inverse. Notre chambre sentait le chien mouillé. Ont entend beaucoup l'autoroute. Nous avons passés deux nuits et aucune femme de ménage est passée pour refaire les lits, faire la recharge de café où même vider la poubelle.

L'adresse qui est fournie dans Expedia donne dans un parc industriel, sans accès à l'hôtel, il faut contourner tout le coin de rue (15 minutes à pieds avec les valises...) pour accéder à l'hôtel, j'ai fais la réflexion à la réception en arrivant et on m'a répondu en riant que ça arrivait tout le temps. Chambre aucunement insonorisé, avec un party dans la chambre d'à côté de 20h à 3h du matin, j'ai téléphoné plusieurs fois à la réception pour aviser du problème, ça n'a pas réglé la situation, Notez qu'il n'y a aucun service de navette pour aéroport avant 7h le matin ! très déçue, je ne recommande pas du tout

Location was good provided you can find it and driving in a loop that google map could not locate. Housekeeping comes to clean every other day and housekeeping knocked on door in the morning to clean that we told her to come back after her lunch break. And the parking pass was a challenge where you had to walk to front desk to validate it, charged $40 daily to park there and when you exited the property, the card wouldn't work that you had to go back to front desk to validate. Other than that, it was okay.

I was issued a room that I lugged my luggage a long ways, only to find out the room was occupied. I had to lug my luggage all the way back to the Front Desk to get another room then lug my luggage all over again to the new room. This happened late at night. Room was close to a highway with speeding cars.

Only one thing got me up side down is I had to pay parking spot. I’m sure it’s like this in every Hawaii location but what’s the use of paying the room if we have to pay parking stall!

What a gem. Right next to the airport. Free shuttle. Incredible front desk staff. Very clean and comfortable room. You wont go wrong here! We would stay here again anytime!!

The parking fees are a lot. We were eligible for local rates but since we did not book directly with the hotel, we were charged 2x more than the normal parking rate. Unreal!

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize for the confusion. Kamaaiana parking rates apply to booking directly with the hotel. Booking thru 3rd party such as Expedia disqualifies you from getting the Kamaaiana rate for the parking. For future reference please book directly with the hotel.

The check- in and check- out was extremely quick which was perfect especially after flying for over 16 hours. The next morning we used the shuttle which was very convenient and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The hotel is close to the airport and several food establishments. There is a free shuttle to the airport and taxis always available. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
