'This property is wonderful. The property is brand new/recently renovated and this is apparent as soon as you step inside the front door. All fixtures and fittings are of good quality and the charm of the original building such as exposed beams have all been kept. It is in a quiet location with stunning walks and trails on your doorstep but the village is only a 10 minute walk. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily come back ourselves.'

We particularly appreciated the amazingly well equipped kitchen. There was nothing at all that we missed even down to spare batteries. 'Nice basic home. Verry clean. All you need was there, accept something like a welcome book. A book, where you can find the most important things in the area (doctor, vet supermarket....) There you can also put stuff in as, where is the fuse box ore how does the shower works. The amount of towels was verry low for 2 weeks'

'We have been meeting up with our longtime friends and our families for many a year in different places. Lodge barn suited us perfectly. Different sections of the house for those with children and those without who didn’t want to get up so early. Being able to all sit around a big squarish table was so much more sociable than the long tables that are the usual.
