All the meals were very abundant but however not apropriate for vegetarians, especially diner, which is a pity. There is a need for much more proteins especially for diner. The menu for vegetarians was limited in great contrast if compared to all the meat and fish which was available.

Goed personeel maar verder zeer teleurstellend
Personeel probeert gasten zoveel mogelijk te helpen en hun verblijf aangenaam te maken. Echter zijn de kamers voor de prijs zeer teleurstellend. Veel stof op de meubels, water loopt niet goed uit de kranen, WC spoelt niet goed door, 2 éénpersoonsbedden i.p.v. een tweepersoonsbed. Tijdens de reservering een kamer met zeezicht belooft. Dit niet gekregen. Kamer keek tegen het zwembad aan waardoor we geen privacy hadden op de kamer. Tevens last van kakkerlakken gehad op onze kamer, maar dat schijnt de normaalste zaak in het hotel te zijn helaas. Het klimaat trekt de kakkerlakken aan wordt gezegd.

It is a nice hotel but doesn't meet the impression that is given by other reviews. Was hoping for more luxury and comfort. Change of sheets only every other 3 days. No intimacy, very crowded. Food was good but eating area too noisy and hardly atmosphere. Beach is pretty far from hotel. No quality shampoo, no conditioner. Rooms in block 1 and 2 are nice. Great view from balcony.

Heerlijke ontspannen in luxe
Fantatisch verblijf, uitgebreide buffetten,ruime kamers van alle gemakken voorzien, mooie zwembaden, afwisselende uitgebreide avond entertainment. Daarnaast een schitterend uitzicht, zon, zee en strand. Tip: internet op de kamer gratis als je je eigen kabeltje (niet wireless, alleen in lobby) bij je hebt. Oftewel alle ingredienten voor een luxe relax vakantie.

Super hotel volgens ons
Personeel is goed en prettig en ze geven iedereen het gevoel dat je speciaal bent. Wel viel ons op dat het vaste personeel in het restaurant honds gedrag heeft tegen de stagiars en dat vonden we minder. Er was een enquete en wij hadden iets ingevult wat minder was. Daar is de volgende dag direkt iets mee gedaan. Enquete wordt dus echt gelezen door iedereen. Er is genoeg te doen in hotel zo wel voor volwassene en kinderen. Als je van plan bent om elke dag in hotel te blijven en niet dagjes weg te gaan raden wij AI aan, want dat scheelt geld. Doe je dat niet (zoals wij) dan is het zonde van je geld. Uitzicht vanaf je balkon in je kamer is prachtig en balkon bied veel privancy. Kan iedereen dus dit hotel aanraden!!!!!! Super. Vanzelfsprekend is dit onze mening en kan ik niet praten over mening van andere...............

Heerlijke week gehad in Gloria Palace Royal
Geweldig fijne en grote kamers, goed ingericht. Bijna complete keuken in de kamer. Miste alleen de waterkoker en het afwasmiddel. Maar dat eerste was niet zo ernstig want er is wel een magnetron aanwezig. En afwassen met alleen heet water kan ook wel een keer :) Heerlijk bed. Hebben vaak op het balkon met zeezicht gezeten. Bij het ontbijtbuffet is echt van alles. Gewone cornflakes en brood maar ook pannekoeken en allerlei soorten fruit en vers sap, eieren op alle manieren, heeel veel vleeswaren en verschillende soorten kaas. Hulpvaardig en vriendelijk personeel. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de Spa en het zwembad. Zijn steeds naar het strand gegaan. Lekker dat je dan een stuk met de lift naar beneden en boven kan, scheelt heel veel lopen en klimmen. De indeling van het hotel is even wennen maar als je het door hebt heel logisch.

We liked the location, beautiful beech, hotel saff, pools, breakfast. Parking was a challenge for us as the hotel staff uses the same parking lot. Overall, we loved the hotel and our stay there.

The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet excellent. Hotel facilities and room was well beyond our expectations. The area is a little limited but the bus services excellent.

I booked this hotel because it had an exceptional rating. It was not wrong; everything was just superb. The staff are friendly and can’t help enough. The food in the buffet restaurant is fantastic - the best I have ever had at an all inclusive resort. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I cannot fault my stay at all. Book this hotel, you won’t be disappointed.

Nice hotel, pretty large and up on a hill so a bit of a steep walk down to the beach/shops. Did take me a while to figure out that QR codes were on some of the tables which enabled you to look at menu/drinks menu - that would've been nice to have either been informed at reception or to have in a welcome in the room. There was no welcome pack nor any kind of digital info in the room. There was a TV outside the main restaurant which showed events that were happening each day - there was a QR code on the screen but I could not get it to work on my phone. Room was nice and spacious with air con and a balcony view of the sea. We were all inclusive and so ate at the main restaurant for majority of our meals. We also ate lunch a couple of times at the pool bar. The pool was really nice, lot of loungers and there was a very enthusiastic staff member who was at the pool most days doing either some exercise classes/games in the pool or drinks making/tasting The spa was nice with a sauna/steam room and pool with various jets Breakfast was always very nice with a vast selection of hot/cold items, fruits, meats, cheeses, juices and fizz Dinner was themed each night and was a good selection of food and desserts - shame you couldn't get any cocktails or spirits in the main restaurant as I do not drink wine or beer. There wasn't any information available regarding the surrounding area - but we walked along the coast both ways and the walk was not far to reach the next town Peurto Rico

Disponibilità limitata di posteggi. Accesso con il Lift dei posteggi non propriamente comodo e anche piccolo come portata persone. Lovely hotel. Good room size, beautiful pool overlooking the beach and some good spa facilties. Also very good food. Night times were abit quiet, not much to do/no good entertainment. But other than that id highly recommend.

Liked proximity to the beach and beautiful sea view. Plenty of sun loungers WiFi was great A few things could be impoved at the hotel.. Staff tried hard but Restaurant staff very brusque V noisy bedroom doors with people in and out late Average cleanliness but really not that great Food Average at best & very samey Hated the glass bottles of water - cut myself twice trying to open them. Gave up and bought plastic bottles of water from the supermarket.

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Impressive property. Absolutely fabulous swimming pool. 1.55 meters deep, about 50 meters long and on the widest side about 15 meters wide. Also smaller pool for toddlers. Food is great. Airco in the room is the best we've ever experienced. Great location. You won't regret going here.

Très bel hôtel avec de très bons équipements. Très belle vue sur la mer. La cuisine est très bonne et les plats variés. Mention spéciale pour l'ensemble du personnel (ménage, bar, restaurant, accueil animation et reception). Ils ont tous été parfaits !!

Hotellet mister litt sjarm, med å tillate bråk og barn i den rolige badeavdelingen. Lunsjen der er helt natta. Internettet ikke optimalt og rommene trenger snart en renovering . I tillegg herjer solsengmafiaen uten konsekvenser. Frokost og utsikt er upåklagelig

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel. The view is amazing from both the pool and the balcony of the room. The staff is very helpful: I asked to change the room and it was done without any problems. Thank you very much for our wonderful holiday!!
