Extremely happy with my stay. Room was amazing, location is excellent. Food is yummy. The only thing I want to suggest is that.. When someone reaching your hotel for check-in, firstly please offer them some seat to take rest ( maybe they were tired with travel) & give some refreshment like juice or something.. Otherwise, I had a great stay.

The property was stunning. The views fantastic. The room as clean as I’ve ever had. The only problem was when I showered the was standing water in the shower. The other was my card key stopped working daily. I had to get a new one. I would still recommend this hotel for anyone going to Dubai for a decent price. The mall was about 15 min drive but taxis are readily available.

The room size is nice. House keeping very poor, they don’t come until you call them, even if you put the room service sign. The pool is small. The overall experience is just fine. Bur it require some enhancement from their side….

It’s a beautiful property located just under 10 mins drive to Dubai mall (20-25 AED Uber ride) and 15 minutes from DXB. Service was excellent and fast throughout the hotel. Food was good throughout all restaurants and cafe on the ground floor. Given the location and clubs within it,could have easily been noisy but their soundproofing is so well done that we had excellent sleep every night. You basically can be homebody during hot hours, it has so many restaurant and lounge options. Special shoutout to Hasant (Hasi) who greeted us with kind smile everytime at F’lia and made sure all the guests around were well attended to and whole staff on 75th gloor went above and beyond to make our experience amazing.

A good stay
Staff was friendly. Room was nice but had several small issues with the air not cooling late at night, The drainage in the shower, and the tv not connecting. Water was always hot which was great. The pool area is cute but very tight.
