« Rien à dire, parfait pour des vacances en couple dans ce hotel très charmant »

« Lovely setting - nice touch having flowers on the bed and turn down service. The units all look inwards to the pool which was used regularly by us. At night the pool has lights and makes for a romantic swim. There was no jug to make tea or coffee or facilities to cook yet there was a fry pan, pots and dishes. Even microwave would have been useful. The restaurant wan't operational - we would have used it. Breakfast was delivered to the room daily and was good. »

« One thing very unique to this property it the entertainment (animation) team. Those guys, are over and beyond anyone expectations and makes this location a unique destination. They've activities all day, from dancing, aquarobics and live acrobatic and music shows, and all that for FREE, at no extra cost ... amazing. Also, location is within walking distance to a lot of attractions and dining places. However, the property need to improve on the following: 1) a face lift, a bit of renovation 2)...

« We stayed 5 nights and loved it. It is close to malls, Sheldrick elephant orphanage and the Giraffe Center. Would stay here again on next visit to Nairobi. »

« Entrée de l'hôtel un peu difficile a trouver car dans un mall disposant de plusieurs ascenseurs. Quartier indien tres tranquille et calme. Bonne surprise pour le petit déjeuner pris dans l'hôtel luxueux du même groupe juste a côté jouxtant la piscine et la salle de sport avec une super vue sur nairobi. Chambre calme et confortable. »

« The room was comfortable, though the sheets had a couple of burn marks on them. The arrival of breakfast at the door at 7:45am was an unwelcome surprise on my first morning, jetlagged and hoping to sleep in. The breakfast itself was also a bit disappointing...just boiled eggs (no salt), plain toast, and hot milk (no coffee or tea). Overall though, my stay was perfectly pleasant. The wifi worked well, and the hot water was good. »

« Very kind staff, nice, big rooms, good location in the Westlands. But the pricing policy in the restaurant is something you need to get used to. If you order a main course (500 - 900 KES), the waiter asks you wish side dish you would like to have (e.g. steamed rice, or naan), becuase you cannnot eat the main course without side dish. But be aware: the side dish is not included, you'll have to pay it separately. So, it turned out quite expensive for me, but the portions are large. And it tastes...
