'Good location but not worth it for amount of money spent. Rip off.. Food is not good. So i recommend not to get all inclusive package. Odor in halways and central area. Need cosmetic work. Need new manager possibly and interior designer. Its not upto standards of 5 stars'

'The propert had none of the listed amenities available. No pool and no game zone and no private beach access. AC of the room was so noisy that could not sleep at night. Best part was no one was available at reception at check out time. Waste of money. '

'An sich ein tolles Hotel. 1. Reihe Strand, wenn Block E oder D. ungehinderte Sicht aufs Meer, Toll für Sonnenuntergänge, angenehmer Pool, früh morgens, wenn noch leer, aber für mein Empfinden zu teuer. Eine Reservierung im Rooftop Jacuzzi kostet 35 Euro die Stunde. Alles okay, aber als Nichtraucher im Nichtraucher Hotel ist es unerträglich wenn im Umkreis des Zimmers jemand raucht, dieser Rauch den herrlichen Balkon einqualmt so dass es auch noch ins Zimmer zieht. Könnte so schön sein. '

'Nice hotel. We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. Nicely furnished. 50 m to the sea. They have their own outdoor pool as well. Breakfast freshly made. The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)'

'Stylish family Hotel suitable for kids and adults. We loved our room and its balcony. Very clean. Best location in kobuleti a bankomat just 10 meters away the beach 2 minutes walk. Very good restaurants in the nearby while the restaurant of the hotel is cozier and has better prices. The breakfast was the happiness of the morning various and tasty. 'Von aussen hässlicher Betonbunker, mitten in der Partymeile, laut bis morgens um 2. Zimmer gross und sauber. Frühstück von 9 bis 10. Vorausbezahlung wurde erst nach langer Diskussion geglaubt, hätte fast doppelt bezahlen müssen. '
