« Just wonderful. You will not find this level of service even in Mombasa and Nairobi hotels. The staff is amazing as are the culinary creations from the on-site restraunt. There is nothing I can say negative about this experience. In the jungle living like a king. To those who expect National Geographic please set your sites lower. While you will see plenty of African animals the king of the jungle is elusive. »

« I would highly recommend staying at Kipalo Hills: Breath taking views, faultless service, wonderful food, lovely pool. We had brilliant game drives with Simon and Joshua in Tsavo East and a night game drive in the conservancy where we saw a leopard! The only fault was there was no WiFi. « Worst experience of my life. I told the receptionist that they had bugs on the bed, all he said was ok. The check out time is at 10am and not one staff informed me until I checked. The phones were not working, no elevator and our rooms were on the sixth floor. No AC, no fans. I had to walk down (no phone) to yell at the receptionist because the rooms were extremely hot and no air circulation. Just the worst experience »
