(Not accepting Locals) Authentic log cabin minutes from all of Chattanooga's best attractions. With space to sleep seven people you have access to a full kitchen and dining space, it's one queen upstairs
the bunk bed is two full mattresses then the couch pulls out to sleep in one person living room with a pull-out couch & sleeper chair, one bathroom, and two bedrooms (one bedroom downstairs, one upstairs). This cabin does have a full-time resident living in the back of the property but they do not have any access to the cabin. Plenty of parking is also provided in front of the cabin along with a shared driveway.

Tennessee Aquarium - 10 minutes - 5.8 miles
Creative Discovery Museum - 8 minutes - 5.6 miles
Coolidge Park - 13 minutes - 7.1 miles.
And so many more great Chattanooga attractions so close!

Guest Access:
Guest are able to access to property with lockbox code given the day of check in.

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

The Neighborhood:
Located in look out valley behind look out mountain.

Getting Around:
No public transportation is located in this area but Uber and Lyft are great alternatives. I-24 Is less than a mile from the cabin or take the scenic route on Lee Hwy/Cummings Hwy right off South Aster Ave.

Other Things to Note:
There is a long term resident located behind the cabin. Resident does not have any access to the cabin. Please be considerate of noise and arrival time.

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. The maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.
Late Check-out Fee policy
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
$100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher

Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies.
