'Hotel is stilish and classy. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well equiped and serviced. Excellent breakfast. Good menu for dinner too. Located near a quite noisy ring road, however windows are well isolated. In the beautifull park 40 m across the hotel there is a very good restaurant with terrace serving excellent food at reasonable prices.In the park regular Musical festivals are organized. 'Very nice place to stay right on the market square. Had a suite and it was truly amazing, and very clean just like the rest of the establishment. Example one morning after breakfast, one of the staff was cleaning the elevator to include the mirror. Staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast was so delicious and freshly made. Ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was amazing and again staff was great. I would stay here again if I plan to go to Krakow again. '
