'Super nice and very clean unit. Pool right outside patio door makes it easy for kids to enjoy pool. Even had poles we were able to use and catch some catfish. Brian was very accessible and quick to respond to any questions.'

'The property looks just like the picture. There was a toll every time you crossed the bridge but other than that very quiet and clean. Loved the restaurant Lobster Lady. If you stay here you must try their lobster it’s a great restaurant across the street from the home. '

'Pine Breeze was exactly as described on VRBO. Small but perfect for us. We spent much of our time on the lovely Lanai and beside the pool. Everyone staying there in one of the Condo's or living there full time were hospitable and fun to be around. The unit was very well stocked so when we return next winter we won't have to bring anything except our clothes. So happy to have found this place in Paradise.'

'Rejane was there to meet Brian and his Dad Ron. The checkin went very smooth as Rejane showed us around and explained things. She was very nice and the condo was clean. The condo has a beautiful view as it sits on the waters edge at the river. It also had a nice balcony to sit outside and a swimming pool with chairs to lay out in the sun. If there are any concerns during your stay Rejane was fast in calling back. The air conditioner started leaking and she got a repair man to come out that...

'This was the perfect place to stay. The accomodations were very nice. Check in was very easy. The people communicated with us all the time. The accomodations were clean, spacious and very nice. We would recomend staying here if you want a nice place to stay. Once here everything was there that you needed. Thank you very much for everything.'

'My sister and I stayed for a few days at this location. It had very cute decor, nice lanai with screen, TV, washer/dryer, overlooking the canal. Pool was nice; however, is not lighted at night inside pool (there are hanging lights outside). We did have some difficulty accessing the location. The key pad was broke . we waited about 15 minutes to gain access but owner did message us with an alternative access method at that point. The one suggestion I would have is more utensils, cooking bowls in...

'Arrived Jan 1 with no prior instructions how to get in the front gate. Called owner who told us to just wait as people come in an out all the time. He finally called a family member who lives there and they came and let us in. Jan 1 (think college football championship bowl games) and the TV had no ESPN or network channels available. Owner fixed this a few days later, but, of course, by then the games were over. Periodically throughout our stay the TV would not work. We had to unplug the router,...

'Beautifully decorated, needs some smaller glasses for kitchen. We didn't realize this was on the second floor, we have leg issues so it was difficult to climb. Everything else was great. Went to the beach on Easter, took beach chairs, one of them was rusted and broken on both sides. Just lucky we were in sand, did get some good laughs. Enjoyed our stay.'

'I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was very nicely upgraded with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was awesome! The shower had great water pressure! Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property.'
