'11 of us - plenty of room and plenty of rooms. We could have a joint dinner in the spacious dining room. Great views from the deck. Ping pong and dart games were fun, however the pool was a bit chilly in late December. The ONLY downside to the property is that the oven was very small and didn't seem to fully heat, making it tough to cook for a large group. Were able to use outside grill to compensate.
