'Le personnel technique de la résidence est très agréable, disponible et très professionnel. Par contre le personnel à l'accueil de Madame Vacances est loin d'être de la même qualité (sauf une hôtesse). On a souvent l'impression de les déranger et les réponses restent minimalistes'

'L'offre est alléchante avec spa et sauna sec, mais une fois passée cette étape, le séjour est franchement décevant. Les installations électriques ne fonctionnaient pas toutes, la logique d'allumage des différents interrupteurs était peu compréhensible. Le chauffage par air pulsé n'est pas adapté à ce type de logement, spécialement quand l'air vient vous frapper lorsque vous prenez votre douche...dans le spa beaucoup trop grand pour ça. La literie laisse franchement à désirer, trop près du sol et...

'Shampoo are at the house as well as coffee, and filters, other items, which are really helpful on the arrival day when you have not had a chance to buy all the necessities yet. Apartment was very clean, and the owner highly communicative at every point in the process. It was a pleasant day and a good location near Mons.'

The property was very well kept, clean and really well equipped. Michel, the owner was so kind and helpful to us, going above and beyond to make our trip special. Will definitely stay here again.'

'Warm welcome when we arrived. Studio/appartement was nice and clean. Ideal for a sleepover. Airco in the bedroom. Shower, toilet everything was at hand. Nice furniture. We slept like baby's. Breakfast is not included. Not enough material to cook a meal, but in walking distance of enough restaurants nearby.. we can recommend this place, excellent price/quality.'
