We stayed 15 nights in this hotel. The hotel was very nice it was super clean everywhere! The saunas, the turkish bath, the jacuzzi, the swimming pools are all excellent and clean. The breakfast was very good only the coffee was bad because it was always luke warm only the last three days the coffee was warm but I like my coffee hot! The evening buffet was excellent the price and quality of the food was very good compare with all restaurants in the neighborhood! Only one flaw about the hotel though. In my humble opinion in the evening buffet it is difficult to have something to drink I think because the waitres/waiter needs more instruction how to serve guests during dinner time and also during breakfast to serve guests with hot coffee. In the morning people need hot coffee first!!

Beautiful modern hotel situated in a pretty bay.
I only stayed for a long weekend but I loved it. Wonderful location; excellent spa facilities and a beautiful, clean hotel. From the hotel pool area you can easily access the sea and have a swim before returning to the comfort of lying by the pool. A supermarket and drugstore are situated very close by, so you can easily buy whatever you forgot to bring. During my stay, I used the spa twice and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel gym is also exceptionally well-equipped, big and modern. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the airport transport was perfect. I could easily arrange this beforehand, just as the spa appointments, which can be booked in advance already.

Great stay at this Sheraton hotel. The location was super convenient in between the airport and old town. There are multiple restaurants nearby on the promenade and most importantly there’s a private beach. The staff were wonderful and very helpful overall. So many onsite amenities which really made the stay amazing.

The outdoor pool and nearby bar are lovely. You can easily access the beach and a little boardwalk. It’s a 15 minute drive into Dubrovnik’s old town, but nice to have more space and such a picturesque landscape with mountains and sea. The breakfast buffet was quite good.

Absolutely amazing visit. The hotel was very accommodating and super service. We booked two rooms and requested interconnecting which was honoured. We also asked for early and late check out which again was honoured. The breakfast is fantastic with huge selection. Pool area is immaculate, actually the whole hotel is amazing. World class service, staff are extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Overall, we give 10/10 rating for our stay, judging from room cleanliness, facility (we love the spa, saunas and swimming pool), best buffet breakfast with so many varieties of food to choose from. Located in a great location (15 minutes from the airport; 12 minutes to town via Uber/Bolt Service; 1 hour 30 minutes to Montenegro). Will definitely stay here again if we do visit Dubrovnik again!

Hotel was gorgeous and very clean. We reserved ocean front balcony and it was worth it to have a view of the ocean. The pool was amazing with lots of chairs and umbrellas. The beach was also nice (bring water shoes as the beach is rocky) with lots of chairs and umbrellas. This hotel is a bit out of the way from all the downtown things (which we liked for the quiet aspect) so food options were more limited, but the food the hotel offered and few restaurants on property were very yummy.

This place was wonderful on all levels . Rooms, view (waterfront harbor ) breakfast buffet and most of all the staff who went above and beyond to care for me. It might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The only drawback is it’s 15 minutes to the old town by Uber but it’s well worth it.

One of the best value of any “higher-end” hotels that I have stayed anywhere in the world over the last ten years! Free garage parking for my rental car, sumptuous breakfast buffet, nice gym and outdoor/indoor pool, AND steps away from Adriatic Sea. The cherry on top was the complimentary birthday cakes for my father and I left in our room with nice messages, as our birthdays were one day apart. I would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone who come to Dubrovnik.
