'Great and helpful staff in both locatons of Natwange. For a backpacker place we found it a bit expensive. We had the chance to sleep in two different bedrooms, and one of them had a good comfy bed whereas the other felt like it would break if we move. Not sure about the difference between the two locations. It would make the place also better with refurbished common bathrooms which need a makeover. Hotel transfer from airport was useful but also bit expensive for 25$. We ordered food once...

'When we arrived at the lodge, the staff at reception seemed didn't know I had an online booking and the room wasn't ready. Waited 45 minutes to enter the room after a long drive. There was no hot water because the hot water heater "geezer" was off. (Staff didn't advise us if this when we arrived). It was switched on and waited 30 minutes and only got luke warm water for our 2 day stay. I told staff and nothing was done until the last day. Ordered complimentary breakfast and it took 30 minutes...

'Nice staff. Hotel has a nice pool and relaxing area. But it all goes away when you you realise the hostel has bedbugs, which got in my luggage and I am currently suffering its bites and trying to get rid off. I found a bed bug in the room the morning I was leaving, I pointed this out to the staff, they said they would deal with the problem. The issue is The problem was transferred to me, and I will end up spending way more money than what I spent at the hostel. '

'Wie een authentieke slaap gelegenheid zoekt komt hier volledig aan zijn trekken. Nederlands sprekende gastheer, zeer vriendelijk. De gratis shuttle service geld alleen van- en niet naar het vliegveld. Dinner en andere consumpties zeer aantrekkelijk geprijsd. '

'Really good cute place for the price! Located jsut off the main road and a 10 min or less drive from the Zambian side of the falls. Staff was really nice and the food very good too! Definitely recommend it! '

'The bathroom and kitchen are clean, but is generally not well maintained. I would be willing to pay more if the facility was better maintained and upgraded.'

'I stayed there for three weeks in March. It has a very good location to the University Teaching Hospital, it's a seven minutes walk. The area is safe, I was even walking around there by early night and we always had electricity. The stuff is friendly and helpful.'

'Overpriced and not well managed. We had paid £55 for an en-suite room but had no electricity all evening in the room and no water all evening and night. When the water was fixed the next morning (as we were leaving) there was no hot water. The kettle in the kitchen broke, half the hot plates did not work, there was no adaptor for the toaster. In short nothing seemed to work. For one of the most expensive hostels we stayed in this was very disappointing.'
