'WONDERFUL rustic cabin in a rural area of Texas Hill country. We stayed in the “German Chocolate” cabin for 4 nights during the solar eclipse and throughly enjoyed our stay. Easy 2 mile drive to Fredericksburg. Lovely baked goods waiting for us on our arrival, plus Sophie’s Bakery is right down the road where additional goodies are available! Would definitely stay here again!'

'I thought I was booking another RB&B closer to town that was larger so when I arrived, it was a little bit chaotic with my partner. 'I booked our stay at Monarc Ranch for the April 8 eclipse, when we had a problem with our previous booking. We stayed for 2 nights for a family of 4 (including our 5 and 3 year old boys). 'We loved everything about the stay. The treetop cabin was very clean and cozy. The hike down to the spring was fun and rough, we absolutely enjoyed exploring the area. I would recommend updated pictures since they don't capture how cool that cabin is. We would absolutely go again.'

'We have so much problem with a code that was send and didn't work. Luckily we came before 6 Pm and employee from the winery , gave us their code, so we could enter. Tried to call property manager, but nobody picked up the phone. This is not acceptable, for the cost per night.'
