'Roger and Patricia were excellent hosts. The property is charming with decorations that are appropriate and an easy walk to Axbridge for dining. Lovely view from the front.'

'Booked here because of its proximity to Bristol airport but it didn't disappoint. Ample parking, nice beers and food (pity they had ran out of steaks!). For early risers they prepare a continental breakfast the evening before so you can always get something no matter at what time you have to catch your flight. Wouldn't mind to come back and be able to try those steaks.'

Op loopafstand weinig activiteiten en restaurants. Receptie grotendeels gesloten, behalve bij check-in. Goede eigen parkeerplaats, ligging dichtbij snelweg die je ‘s nachts niet hoort.'

'We were fortunate to stay at Mullions 51 on the recent Bank Holiday Monday. In the evening the local folk group entertained us with their singing and guitar playing, whilst we had dinner in the restaurant. They play every fortnight on a Monday and I feel Mullions 51 would do well to include a set meal on their menu to accompany their visits, and encourage people to stay. 'Nice location right on the sea front with the benefit of a traditional pub for drinks and dinner. friendly staff, and the room was small but had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Generally comfy hover we found the pillows a bit lumpy and the room was warm but being in the ground floor and easily accessed we didn’t want to leave the window open but otherwise a good stay and the breakfast is good. '

'Clean, charming, super location. Check-in was very easy and the owner was very responsive and helpful- she helped me order a taxi to the airport after my stay. The breakfast voucher was great. The bed was cozy:) the room felt very homey😁 It was a little loud outside on the street around 9:30PM or so, but I was able to sleep well the whole night. Thank you for a great stay🙏'

'A grade II listed property in a historical part of Shepton Mallet. Took time to read up on the area, would recommend everyone to do that, very interesting. Comfortable bed, clean room and great hosts. Some noise from the road adjacent to the Inn, not a deal breaker. Would I stay here again Yes. '

'Very far away from town centre, no shops around, supermarkets a bit far away. No shower, and not even plug on the bath, just an old towel. Expensive, 50 per day, for that price you can book at Travellodge with toilet inside the room and in conditions, plus maybe breakfast included. The only good thing was ability to cook'

'The pub/hotel is on the Main Street across from the petrol station so we expected it to be noisy but thankfully it wasn’t in the room. You check in at the bar which can be problematic if you bring your luggage in with you as it can be packed with bar patrons. The rooms are in a separate building which is quite new, parking is first come first serve for both hotel and general public so we had to park down the street until we could find one closer. 'I have stayed here twice before. The welcome from Lyndon is great. The breakfast is freshly cooked and plenty of it. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean. However the wardrobe was in need of repair and the fridge had old food in it. The bedside cabinets had a layer of dust but I base my review on comfort and hospitality '

'Rather a quirky place on the edge of Bristol. There is a bus stop right outside, very convenient, took about 40 minutes into city centre so no parking to worry about. Our room was rather dark with heavy wood and colour scheme, but well enough equipped, although there was a considerable amount of traffic noise. Tiny shower and diy breakfast (plenty of it). The owner was away but the gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly and chatty. This was not a luxury stay but fine for a stopover. '

'Comfortable house stay, we used as a 1 night stopover on way to Cornwall. It's not particularly scenic, being at the end of an unloved housing estate. The property is clean and practical, but could do with a few tidying up jobs doing. I haven't had to pay a deposit on any other holiday accommodation we have stayed in, it was refunded to us. '

'The property was much better than expected, very clean and comfortable, everything you could possibly need available and good location. My only personal bug bear would be the towels were not very generous in size but they did the job! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.'
