'Le cadre est enchanteur, le personnel très gentil. La situation géographique est idéal car situé en pleine campagne mais au coeur du triangle Florence, Pise, Sienne. La piscine permet de bien se détendre et se rafraîchir après une journée de balades. 'Although the castle looks nice from the outside, our apartment was dark and dirty. There was mould in the bathrooms, some lights did not work and everything looked as if it hadn' been cleaned for a while. We felt very uncomfortable in our apartment and cannot recommend it.'

'The Castle and surroundings are stunning. The property is right next to the castle and a short walk to the pool. It had everything we needed for our 3 days whist we explored the cities of Florence, Pisa and Siena, all a short car journey away. Because of the location you definitely needed a car. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Beautiful place.'

"We stayed at one of the apartments for 3 nights. What we like: + Very spacious and beautiful area with unique atmosphere. + People are friendly + Beautiful garden (only open in the morning during breakfast). + Free parking outside + Cosy bar and restaurant What we dislike: - There are different types of apartments: the rooms with different heights (with different window sizes). Unfortunately, we received the apartment with lower height & small window. The room decoration a bit too dated. Toilet is downstairs only, therefore, during the night we had to walk to wC downstairs every time. - Breakfast is a bit simply, but for 1 or 2 nights should be still okay. - It is possible to choose "no cleaning service" via Tablet in the room, nevertheless, staff did not look at it and continue its service. until we aligned with the reception"
