The staff at the hotel are very nice and very helpful. They helped us plan our activities around the city (incl. booking shows, and so on for us), which we really appreciated. The hotel itself looks very nice and has lots of facilities (gym, pool, additional cafe on the groundfloor), which is very nice. The breakfast buffet is also very elaborate with lots of veggy/vegan/non-vegan options! The room was very clean. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Geweldig hotel met luxe kamers. De tram stopt voor de deur en met 5 minuten lopen ben je bij de dom. Wel een prijzig ontbijt. Verder een heerlijk zwembad.

perfect hotel
Marriott maakt haar standaard in dit hotel meer dan waar. Een prima hotel op korte loopafstand van het historische centrum met de vele bezienswaardigheden. Taxi's voor de deur, maar ook trein en metro binnen enkele minuten te belopen. De bediening is zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam, zowel aan receptie, in restaurants, bar als kamer bediening. Kamers zijn zeer schoon en nieuw gedecoreerd. Prima bedden. Er is een ruim en prima verzorgd ontbijtbuffet. zowel voor de zakelijke als de vakantiereiziger een uitstekend hotel.

Fantastic property. The check in was a breeze. Our breakfast was included and ParkRing has a great breakfast spread. All the major attractions are walkable. The staff was very helpful. They have a nice bar called Cascade with excellent bartender. We spent every evening unwinding after doing touristy things. I would highly recommend this place.

Hotel in nice position close by city center. Good breakfast and gym. Swimming pool too small to swim but ok for kids. Biggest problem was room cleaning and services. We have been out full day 9-18 and, once back, room was not made up (twice in 3 days). When we complained they said is normal to have room reset even after 20. Crazy!

Excellent location. Perfect reception and welcome. Beautiful, quiet room. Only spoilt by room never being made up. We returned mid afternoon and the room was not made up. Someone passed by late afternoon but we were having a nap. I asked for the room to be made up on leaving the hotel at 6.30. On returning after midnight, the room was still not made up. The reception in the morning when I told this was also not particularly sympathetic.

Ottimo albergo, stile moderno, anche se le ballroom potrebbeo essere sicuramente abbellite. Personale cortese e disponibile, colazione davvero ottima varia. Prezzi un po' alti per quanto riguarda cibo e bevande extra. Ho trovato un po' di disorganizzazione nella pulizia delle stanze, dato che un giorno non hanno lasciato gli asciugamani da doccia e un altro alle 16.30 la stanza non era ancora stata rifatta. Infine sistema assurdo di accesso alla colazione, in quanto si doveva verificare prima il numero di stanza e firmare il voucher e poi attendere in coda per poter avere un tavolo all'interno; peccato che all'esterno della sala rimanevano parecchi tavoli vuoti, dove ci si poteva comunque accomodare e poi accedere alla zona buffet interna.

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten en comfort kamer
Breakfast buffet was great, expansive selection of items Rooms were a bit small, but to be reflected for Europe. Ideal location, also conveniently one of the stops for the big bus tour. Service staff at the breakfast were super nice, very friendly Service staff at reception and concierge could be more customer friendly. The only two who were friendly were Faye and Nina. Others were a bit cold and unhelpful.
