For what concerns the airconditioning, our hotel indeed has to comply with the municipal ordinance that states that from the 20th of October the air-conditioning system has to be switched off in favour of the heating system.Therefore unfortunately, it is impossible for us to turn on the A/C in the rooms. All we can do is turn off the heating should the room be too warm for your liking. As for the noise, we are extremely sorry, next time please let our staff know so that we can come up with the best possible solution for you.
