It's modern and clean facility which stands out from other nearby older hotels and properties. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bus stop for going into Venice is less than 5mins from the hotel front door. No need to walk to train station.

Great location. Walking distance to railway station and airpot bus station. 2 min walk to bus stop to Venice. A little loud at night as some night club is around. In the room no iron and no hair conditioner. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but fresh snd feeling. Overall very nice and clean hotel and definitely would stay here again

The property had a great location. It was just a few minutes, walk from the train station and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. But the one thing that I did not enjoy about the hotel was the mattress was extremely firm and could not get a good nights sleep. I did mention it to the front desk the first morning and they said they would bring me a topper for the mattress. I waited another two nights, and they never did bring it. I did mention it again when we checked out sold the property is very nice but you would expect to have a good mattress so you could have a good nights sleep otherwise whatā€™s the point of staying at a nice hotel?

Room was not the best, bathroom okay but the main room did not fit in with it, very basic and I was a bit shocked how it got the four stars. Was it from a blind person? I stayed in a three star in Italy that was better. The carpets are grubby, most of the room is grubby and they need to replace the curtains. The walls all need a new paint, there are areas of the bathroom that needed a tidy along with door replacements as they also looked bad. Even the bedding had stains on it, just not impressed at all with this dump of hotel. Dinner time wasn't good, I explained to the waitress that I was vegetarian and could she check if the vegetarian burger had peppers in or not as I didn't like those. She said it didn't and I said it mentioned a charcoal bun, could I just have a normal bun and she said yes. Walks out with my OH dish AND a meat burger, then has the cheek to shout at me that i didn't say I was vegetarian. Yeah I did then she blames her English, takes it back and I have a long wait for mine. in the meantime, my OH eating his and we aren't eating together on our anniversary. Mine comes out with the charcoal bun, but can't be bothered to point that out. I should have had the meal taken off the bill due to her error, just find the service has been very poor throughout Italy, but this really takes the cake! DĆ©ception sur les fruits, pour un hĆ“tel en Italie... Sinon Ć  Ć©viter Ć  tout prix une chambre cĆ“tĆ© chemin de fer, vous ne dormirez pas. Nous avons demandĆ© de changer la chambre, demande immĆ©diatement satisfaite. Puis l'emplacement Ć  5 min. de la gare pour aller Ć  Venise en 10 min., une excellente variante Ć  un hĆ“tel Ć  Venise mĆŖme ou on ne trouve pas un tel ratio qualitĆ©/prix.
