We chose this hotel because it has a central place in San Marco. The reception people were very helpful. We were quite satisfied about the room and its cleanlyness. We enjoyed a very good breakfast in Bella Venezia.

This was a great location and a beautiful hotel. By Venice standards this hotel room was very spacious. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Fantastic breakfast too!

Mattresses were very uncomfortable, Noisy water system in the walls making bubbling sounds at night . Breakfast was very good with great food and service. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful.

Location is outstanding and the room was very clean, functional and had everything we needed. The staff was excellent and very helpful and knowledgeable. All around a great experience and would definitely recommend.

We booked two rooms for us and our two daughters. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Cafes and restaurants are steps away from the hotel. Staff is lovely. They were always willing help. We will come back for sure.

The rooms are really small. The shower is smaller than what you get on a cruise ship. If you are a tall person you will have difficulty showering.

Very helpful, our flight was cancelled and we had no problem booking the extra night. A bottle of proseco was sent to our room which was extremely thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotelvand the staff, specially the one that always help us was superb!!

It really was only a 5 minute walk from Rialto bride and St Markā€™s Square. Surrounded by restaurants and shops.Hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. Room and bathroom were both a bit ā€œtiredā€ looking but perfectly clean. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel. Made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Air conditioning is controlled by reception, which is not a good idea,think this needs to be addressed. All in all a lovely break in a beautiful place.

This is a beautiful, clean, and safe property with an excellent breakfast. We easily walked to all the sites. We were delighted to find such a treasure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Venice.

Er had a pleasant stay. The location is easy to get to and the breakfast is everything and more than we needed. Unfortunately, we accidentally set the toaster on fire since we didnā€™t read that small bread rolls are not allowed in there. Maybe a better sign would be helpful or a different placement of the croissants and bread rolls that arenā€˜t allowed in there. The hotel staff recommended a restaurant that had a bad rating on google which was kinda weird, we havenā€™t tested it though.

Staff was exceptional - from the breakfast hosts to the front desk. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety on the buffet and rooms were very nice. The only tiny thing negative was the noise in the street out front. We only heard that because we like to sleep with the window open. Location was fantastic just steps away from Rialto stop on the canal.
