'Massimo’s house is in an outstanding location, very quiet, away from tourists and yet right near everything you want to see in Venice. We had a wonderful stay there as a family. The house is very beautiful and has a few outdoor seating areas to relax with a cup or coffee or a glass of wine. Massimo is very helpful and responsive. He gave us recommendations for water taxi, restaurants and tour guide. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily come back again. Grazie mille Massimo!!'

'Wonderful old Palazzo, Great flat with a lot of Space. Save parking in the backyard. Unfortunately Loud music from the bar nearby on friday Night. We had to sleep with closed Windows. Perfect Location in the old town Center directly to the River Brenta.'

'Our group of 2 couples spent 5 days at Irene’s apartment. We found it to be very clean, nicely updated, with very comfortable beds. The location was excellent for us. Walking distance from the train station, just steps to the vaporetto stop, and in the midst of many excellent cafes and trattorias. This was an excellent area for starting and ending our days. Much calmer than the busier areas, and less crowded. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook a stay at this lovely apartment, and highly recommend it...

'This is a fantastic, clean, quiet place in Murano. We stayed at a few different VRBOs in Italy where we had issues with hot water. But here, my family of 5 were able to take hot showers and use the washer as well. The beds were very comfortable. And communication with host was very good. One thing for potential guests: You will have to factor in the cost of travel from Venice to Murano. I am not sure if there was a cheaper way to travel, but we bought a 35euro ticket that could be used over...

'Het appartement in zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het treinstation ligt aan de overkant van de straat en in circa 40 minuten ben je in Venetie. De eigenaar en zijn zus leggen je echt in de watten. Bij onze aankomst stond er een zelf gebakken cake klaar en op de avond van vertrek kregen we een pizza aangeboden. Ook stonden er diverse producten klaar voor gebruik in kast en koelkast. Als vakantieganger word je echt verwend.'

'This apartment was amazing! Very clean and roomy and everything worked perfectly. Only a short walk from a ferry stop, so super convenient to get in and out of the train station or airport. It is near lots of really good restaurants and shops, and about a 15-minute walk to Saint Mark's Square. The communication was great and we loved our stay! Thank you!'

The property was very clean and modern and the owner went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and even helped us arrange transportation back to the airport. 'Beautifully appointed apartment overlooking canal in one of the best areas of Venice. So nice to be able to relax in your own apartment with all modern furnishings that you could ask for. Busy enough but away from main hustle . Restaurants around and shopping . Great 20 min walk to San Marc’s Piazza through the many winding alleyways.'

'I stayed for one week during the Biennale - a great place in the more touristy part of the City, but still quiet enough for a very good night's sleep. Central and walkable to all destinations within the city (5' to Piazza San Marco; 25' to the train station, 25' to the Biennale etc..) Be aware of mosquitos in Venice due to the canals, so if you don't like them, bring some spray. Also, the Internet in the apartment was slow, so if you also need to work, bring some patience (and maybe one...

'L’appartamento è grande, chiarissimo. Ha un bel giardino dove si può sedersi o mangiare. Si può vedere un bel tramonto a due passi. I due bagni sono moderni. La cucina ha tutto quello di qui si ha bisogno. Tanti restauranti accanto all appartamento. Si può venire a piedi dalla stazione in 10 minuti e senza avere un ponte con scalini a attraversare. Molto comodo con le valigie. L’unica cosa è che l’appartamento è un po’ lontano dal centro ma c’è il vaporetto vicino e che non ci sono supermercati...

'Es mag sein dass jede Unterkunft eine bestimmte check in Uhrzeit hat.Man kann doch keinen Gast der später anreist einfach stehen lassen.Ein Flug kann eine Verspätung haben man kann einen Unfall haben oder wie wir unerwartet im Verkehr stecken bleiben.Wir wurden mitten in der Nacht mit Kindern einfach da stehen gelassen weil man auf uns nicht warten könne.Nach Ende der Öffnungszeit kam nur noch eine automatische Nachrichten somit hatten wir auch keine Kontaktperson mehr.Somit empfehlen wir als...
