We went here last year and we liked it a lot, this year was even better. Starting from the people at the reception, kind and welcoming, to the amazing animation that took care of our evenings, the kids loved it. We will definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything

Etablissement propre et confortable . Malheureusement piscine froide et spa payant froid ( jacuzzi ) ce qui est vraiment dommage et gache les moments hors ski.

Helt okej hotell med dåligt läge
Helt okej lägenhetshotell med Ski in/Ski out längst bort i systemet. Det tar en bra stund att ta sig bort till val d’Isere via backarna. Frukosten var usel. Service i receptionen helt okej. Man måste tydligen boka parkering i garaget innan ankomst, vissa dagar fanns inga parkeringsplatser. Hårda sängar, lite lyhört.

Nice hotel in a quiet location with great ski-in ski-out facility. We had an issue with bad drainage smell from both the shower and bathroom. This was to the extent that we couldn’t spend time in the room due to the smell. This was reported to reception on 3 occasions and not once was it addressed. Very disappointing

Bon séjour
Tout est conforme pour les appartements qui sont tres bien. Ski au pied pour les pistes et les cours ESF. Le restaurant qui travaille avec l hôtel est très bon et l accueil top. Tout le personnel est aimable et serviable. Piscine tres bien. Attention. Il n y a pas d animations pour les adolescents contrairement à ce qui est annoncé... La connexion WiFi est très mauvaise.

Un super séjour dans un magnifique endroit. La résidence est très belle, les appartements tout confort, le personnel est aimable. Il y a des animation, des clubs enfants. Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour

Excellent service ....we fill like a home....except the beds ....( the bed sheets was full of hair) I have been to reception to change the bed sheets and they give me clean sheets.... Apart of that ...are a nice flats...new and clean I will recommend this property....and I will stay again

Nice hotel, good ski in ski out... Spa nice but you have to be in before 4pm, really when your out skiing and then confronted by a naked man in the spa disgraceful reported to staff but poor english did not help the situation. Check in time again poor arrived at 3.30pm and did not get key till after 5. The worst thing about this hotel is the rooms, booked a 3 bedroom apartment that sleeps 8. 2 bathrooms and neither have a toilet in them, the only toilet was in the passage and it had not sink to wash your hands or an extractor fan this was totally unacceptable.. The rooms are very small and the sitting room area tiny with a settee that only sat 3 people. Very dark with poor lighting and the noise from the apartment upstairs was something else. Would not stay again and was very poor for what we paid

Отличный отель! Особенно приятно, что можно выезжать на лыжах прямо из отеля и так же возвращаться, и никаких машин не нужно! Номера хорошие, уютные, есть всё необходимое. В холле отеля стоят бильярд и настольный футбол, за отдельную стоимость, правда, но всё равно неплохо. Также в отеле работает клуб для детей. По вечерам готовили блинчики и какао, детям нравилось;) Отдельно хочется сказать про ski room, место для хранения оборудования - оно замечательное. Достаточно большой шкафчик, есть места повесить ботинки, ещё и с подогревом. В целом нам всё понравилось, единственный достаточно существенный минус в Тине - не отлажена транспортная система. На весь район одно такси, бронировать его нужно заранее если хочешь куда-то уехать. Однажды вечером мы так не могли уехать около часа: «Все заняты. Я позвонила во все такси»- сказала нам девушка на ресепшене. Нам пришлось стоять на остановке и «вылавливать» с дороги машину: махать руками и всё в этом роде;) В остальном всё было в порядке, и мы чудесно провели наши каникулы в этом прекрасном месте!

Would stay here again!
True ski in, ski out location with a gondola right outside the door. Only downside is you have to ski a blue (relatively easy for a blue) to get to the gondola when you come home. If you miss the gondola and ski it all the way back to the magic carpet, the 2nd half of the blue is much harder and very slick at the end of the day. Much happier on day 2 realizing this and only doing the top half and then grabbing the gondola the rest of the way. Room was very comfortable and quiet, only downside way that they only give you 1 roll of toilet paper to start with and you have to go to the Spar to get more. We only stayed 3 days snd came from the US so we didn’t need to bring a bunch of supplies and groceries, so that was pretty inconvenient. Tignes 1800 doesn’t have much as far as food or entertainment so we went to Tignes 2100 most nights, just a 15 minute drive away and parking readily available. The hotel restaurant was decent as well but a little pricey to do every night. Overall was a great stay!

Amazing experience at a reasonable price
We had a fantastic family holiday. The apartment is nearly new, well equipped, has great mountain views full of snow. The little things like heated towel rail, heated floor made a difference. Till 4pm you can enjoy complementary spa: jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. There is also a good indoor pool. The convenience of ski in ski out is a huge bonus as well as ski hire on site. ESF as within 5 min walk. The ski lift basically gives you access to 300km of ski routes, as the ski pass covers both Tignes and Val D’Isere. Great kids club and evening of complementary French crepes. The nearby supermarket SPAR has all you need to cook for a family - you can rent a fondue set from there. Tignes 1800 is great for families, but may be a bit quiet for those with no kids seeking evening bars and vibrant night life.

L'établissement est certes neuf (ce qui aide un peu) mais les chambres étaient très propres tout comme les espaces communs. L’établissement est très bien situé, au calme et. J’en insonorisé. Le seul bémol est les Matelas, un peu dures. Le restaurant Le Tessa, situé au sein de la résidence propose des plats simples, mais copieux, et de délicieuses pizzas. L’espace thalasso est bien conçu et agréable, tout comme la piscine accessible à tous pour se détendre après une journée de ski ou de randonnée. La palme revient surtout à l’equipe D’accueil, d’animation, de ménage. Très agréable et souriante. Bravo! Le club enfants (inclus dans le prix de la loc) est vraiment top. Nous ne sommes habitués à voyager en résidence mais avons été agréable surpris par la qualité proposée durant ce séjour. Nous reviendrons!

Great apartments, Pool & Spa need a better usage
New Residence: great . Pool is clean but small and crowded. Spa is fine but not free: should NOT be listed as "included" but "limited access". Reception staff are kind, with an exception at the Spa. In TV there are Russian-Arab.. channels but NO Italian channels (Tignes is 10Km from Italian border)

etablissement neuf. Par contre probleme avec la station de ski qui n'a pas renové les remontée pour aller ou revenir à l'hotel depuis les hauteurs et obligé de prendre une navette qui ne passe que toutes les 30 minutes.

Está muy bien ubicado y nuevo. Veo un gran problema q a determinadas horas no hay recepción, no me funcionaba la llave y nos tocó esperar.... La limpieza de los pasillos comunes un poco dejada. Aún así la estancia muy recomendable

Brilliant Hotel and location. We read lots of reviews for the hotel beforehand. We could not fault anything. Parking was easy if you want the under cover option. Ski in ski out was ideal and all lockers seem to be heated! A great idea. We stayed in the superior 2 bed apartment with the 50sq mtr size. Ideal and very very spacious. Beds comity and apartment well planned out. We had lovely views of the slopes and had the sun on the balcony till 3pm (if you’re not skiing I’d course!) We ate once in the restaurant and didn’t massively enjoy it as it was a slow service and expensive. But did not reflect the rest of the hotel. Reception staff were amazing and the entertainment looked good for the younger families. We did not use the spa or swimming pool but that’s because we were skiing all day. Our one bit of advice would be to shop around on the ski equipment hire. Very very expensive from the hotel. A few complaints as also my boots were far too tight and I had to go back. They seem to only go on measurement not by your choice of size. This i understand, but I had a bad experience of trapped circulation which stopped me from skiing on the 2nd day. Incredible pain. We also size up by one or a half. A personal choice I know, but They don’t seem to like this idea. Lastly on a positive note the resort is so lovely. Very quiet yes, but lovely and peaceful.
