Villa's in Terrasini

'La villa était agréable, Antonietta très aimable. Les 100€ demandés pour une désinfection à l'ozone, dont aucun justificatif n'a pu nous être fournis, et les 10€ par personnes pour l'eau chaude ont un peu refroidi l'accueil. Pourquoi ces frais ne figurent pas dans le détail des prix? Cela étant dit, la villa était très propre, la literie très confortable, les tasses à café trop petites pour des français, quelques mugs supplémentaires seraient les biens venus. Dans l'ensemble plus tôt positif.'

'The property has a great view with the garden’ mountains and sea. Everything is very clean. Communication is perfect. Everything you need is in the house. Seats are great and numerous available. Windscreens can be closed to hide from the wind if necessary. Wifi works stable. Balestrate is a good starting place to visit the northwest of Sicily as the A29 autoroute is nearby. Palermo and Monreale is well known, Erice is great, the via del sale to Marsala is worth a visit. The panoramic viewpoint...

'Heerlijk schoon ruim huis met veel ruimte rondom het huis om te zitten. Alles in de buurt, strand restaurants, drankje doen, boodschappen. Eigenlijk heb je geen auto nodig. Wandelen rond capo Gallo is geweldig. Communicatie met Anna ging prima en snel via whatsapp.'

'Bij aankomst kregen we een vriendelijke uitgebreide rondleiding en een fles heerlijke wijn uit deze streek. Het appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken. Enige nadeel was dat de douche deur niet makkelijk op slot ging. We hebben geen last gehad van honden rondom het appartement. In het stadje zelf liepen er wel regelmatig zwerfhonden over straat. Vanuit het appartement is het naar het strand 15 minuten lopen. Contact met de eigenaar Ciro verliep zeer gemakkelijk via Whatsapp en live. Toen...

'Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit,das Haus ist sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Ein Highlight war der Pool den wir schon Anfang April nutzen konnten.'

'Dit huis staat op een super locatie met een te gek uitzicht. .....maar dat is helaas ook alles. Het huis is vreselijk oud, vies en echt niet goed bij gehouden. Daarbij kun je het toilet niet gebruiken zoals je zou willen als Nederlander en is er een douche van niks en bedden met Matrassen die echt op zijn! Heel jammer!!!'

'We had a great stay in the house. It is beautifully situated with view on the sea and the sunset and at the back the Mountain. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable and the garden and Pool are great! The town of Capaci is also nice and it is easy to do trips from there. The owners are very committed that your stay is comfortable and communication was very easy. Overall a great stay and a great house!'

'Die Wohnung im ersten Stock hat zwei schöne grosse Terrassen, eine gegen den Strand und eine nach hinten (Einbahnsträsslein und Bahngeleise). Das Wohnzimmer ist hübsch eingerichtet. Die Kinderschlafzimmer haben alte, durchhängende Betten. Und die Küche ist sparsam eingerichtet. Durch die Luftfeuchtigkeit muffeln die Schubladen in der Küche unangenehm, aber Lüften hilft etwas. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung, leider vieles etwas muffig und alt. Am meisten enttäuscht hat uns, dass wir einen...

'Wäre besser geputzt und das Schlafzimmer schöner wäre die Unterkunft top. Leider Ist der Schlafkomfort durch die Schlechte und durchgelegene Matratze und die unkomfortabelne Bettwäsche nur 3/10. Jedoch morgens der blick aus den riesigen Glastüren aufs mehr ist wunderschön. 10/10. Küche sowie Außenbereich ist auch top!!'

'At the end of April/beginning of May, the three of us spent a lovely and relaxing week in this beautiful villa. Every morning began with a jump into the (very) cold water of the pool. At night, we missed a warmer duvet. The view during the day and in the evening was simply fantastic. Communication with Paola was uncomplicated and very nice. We felt very comfortable.'

'Das Haus war wirklich schön und gepflegt! Auch die Poolanlage war super schön und sauber! Man konnte sich durch die ruhige Lage wirklich erholen! Einziger negativer Punkt: das Haus hat komisch gerochen?! Kam es durch die Klimaanlage? Wir wissen es nicht. Leider gab es in der Nähe auch keine Restaurants. Man musste leider zum Essen gehen immer mit dem Auto fahren.'

'Centrally located villa perfect for day-trips to all major tourist spots (Scopello, Erice, Favignana, San Vito lo Capo) in the region. Only few minutes drive to Castellamare's beach which is not crowded. Antonio is a great and friendly host, who thought about all details for our 1 year-old baby. After staying for 8 nights we felt nothing was missing from the villa. We definitely recommend this place and would for sure stay here again when coming back to Sicily.'

'This older, large, two-story home is a tranquil oasis in which we spent five days of our vacation. Relatively close to the Palermo airport, (and airport car rentals,) the home is located in a quiet, well-established, residential area of similar homes. The grounds of the property are spacious and the South patio affords a wonderful view of the gulf and far shore line. Nicely furnished, kitchen well-equipped, and beds are comfortable. When I return to the Palermo area I will make sure to stay here...

'We are a dutch family of 4 and stayed with Ciro in august. We had a realy great time. The garden is amasing en the pool is realy nice. The house is comfortabel and complete. The house is about 10-15 min walk from a nice sand-beach and the center of Balestrate. The house is is a good base for fun day trips, nice towns and nice beaches. We highly recorment a stay at Villa Solemare.'

'We had a very good vacation in this villa. The apartment was very nice and spacious with lots of privacy and with a large terrace. It offered a great view over the surrounding area and the sea. The pool was quite large and very nice! The wifi in the apartment was good. In order to get somewhere however a car is needed. Several places for sightseeing and some good beaches can be reached by car within one hour. '

'Beautiful property, very well and fancy arranged. The pool area is fantastic, we could spend weeks there. The owners are very friendly, available and helpful. Despite that 2 little annoying things: the mosquitos and the motorway behind the property. But nothing that the owner can change anyway. So a clear 5 stars review!
