Appartementen mooi, maar sommige erg rumoerig.
We kregen een zeer rumoerig appartement direct naast de bar van het complex en konden pas twee dagen later naar een ander rustiger appartement. De manager wilde hiervoor extra schoonmaakkosten in rekening brengen, maar daar hebben we tegen geprotesteerd. Fijn dat het uiteindelijk wel goed kwam, maar jammer dat we niet direct met een prettig verblijf konden starten. Wil je zo’n vervelende start vermijden, dan moet je bij de reservering heel expliciet je wensen aangeven om te vermijden dat je een slecht gesitueerd appartement krijgt.

The pleas is perfect, but not good clean, veri bed, whe clean aur self. Bar is super. But for children is not good. 20:00 all is clouse, en nothink children can doo. For clean service i geev 1point, veri bed.

Het was een heerlijke vakantie. Mooi resort, schoon en de kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, helemaal top!

Sunset Harbour is een schoon appartementencomplex. Vriedenlijk personeel. de appartementen zijn wat aan de kleine kant, en is het bed erg hard.

Prima hotel middenin toeristisch Tenerife
Onze studio was voorzien van alle gemak en erg schoon, alleen het bed kraakte enorm. Bij de zwembaden waren voldoende ligbedden en ook op ons balkon beschikten we over twee ligbedden én twee gewone stoelen. De supermarkt was bij het hotel om de hoek, dus hadden we iedere ochtend verse broodjes.

Leuk hotel op een gunstige ligging
Mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Fijne ligging: 2 minuutjes lopen tot het dichtsbijzijnde strand en boulevard. 's Avonds veel entertainment vanuit het hotel maar ook barretjes dichtbij, kan wellicht storend zijn voor gezinnen met jongere kinderen. .

ruime , schone , goed verzorgde appartementen , zeer behulpzaam personeel . enige minpuntje was dat het hotel moeilijk te vinden was , misschien een tip voor de mensen die nog voor dit hotel kiezen : sluit bij boeking een route beschrijvong bij .

Zeer aangenaam complex met fijne kamers (2 kamer app). Direct aan zee met diverse uitgaansgelegenheden. Omgeving kan af en toe gedateerd zijn ivm jaren 80 complexen. Goede uitvalsbasis om omgeving en eiland te verkennen.

From the moment we checked in we knew it was going to be a great hotel, we had a studio apartment which was very spacious full kitchen with oven, microwave fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, filtered tap for water, bathroom was a good size huge terrace with sun loungers ,iron and ironing board, free safe free wifi and free air con pool area was fantastic with a lovely swim up bar,

Our first stay at this property and it was a great surprise. Went for my 70th birthday and it was fantastic. Got a refurbished apartment and it was wonderful with everything you needed. Staff were great too especially the lady who managed the sunbeds. Perfect location for accessing the numerous bars and restaurants. Will be back a truly enjoyable holiday definitely a 10 out of 10

Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. La première chambre que nous avons eue donnait sur la rue et notamment surun bar karaoké très bruyant. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, ils ont pu nous en obtenir une autre après 3 nuits, donnant sur l'intérieur de la résidence , très calme et plus confortable (une chambre en plus) et cela sans supplément, démarche commerciale que nous avons appréciée. Un conseil : Evitez les chambre sur rue car il y a beaucoup de bars dans les rues autour. Les chambres donnant sur la piscine sont très calmes d'autant que la piscine ferme à 18h.

Been here several times. Great location. Nice rooms. Great staff. Pool bar is great, often get a breakfast there. Love the way the pool sunbed bookings are done, no rugby scrum to get your towels down in the morning!

Second stay here
Came same time last year, food on site is still lovely, sun bed situ a bit of a palavar ie booking day before. Stayed in bloq P 1 2, sofabed was very uncomfortable, mattress so thin, could feel the metal underneath digging in, ended up folding it up and sleeping on it as a sofa instead. That said, i'd still visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Harbor. It is super close to the beach and all the amenities. It was a very clean place, staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved it. And there was no ants at the property (which we were used to from other places in Tenerife).

I highly recommend this lovely hotel. The staff very polite and responsive. They try to make your stay very comfortable. Always smiling and friendly. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need, a wonderful view from the terrace to the pool. Quiet and peaceful place. Although I did not use the pool, I saw that everything was organized so that there was no problem with leaving towels from the day before. The location is very good. Very close to the sea and everything you need: restaurants, shops. This is definitely a place where I want to return.
